 I didn't know you were in europe.:D So what year is it?

My friend and his cousin took me across the border down to the States and I finally got myself a PSN card or two! We almost didn't make it because my buddy's cousin is from New Zealand and he forgot his passport in Midland where he's been staying for the last year and a half. Midland is two hours and a half hours north of Niagara Falls on Georgian Bay. WE were so worried that the American Customs Officer was going to turn us away! Luckily at the last minute my friend's cousin found his Canadian Citizenship Card that he's had since he was a baby (it still had his baby picture on it). Finally the Customs Officer let us through into the U.S. The way back from Target wasn't nearly as eventful.

I'm not sure but I'm guessing it has to be similar to wiipoints. Thats about the only thing I can think of. My friend has to import his wiipoints cards from Japan because he bought an import Wii.

The PS3 card is the same as Wiipoints or the 360 card but you know the real value without conversion. I think it helps to not mindlessly spend on download-ables.:sly:

Don't worry, they aren't exactly easy to find in the US either. So far I have only seen them locally in Best Buy, although I have heard friends say they saw them in Meijer and Wal*Mart. If they are there I can't find them.

Ah, is it like a voucher for purchases on the PSN store?

Basically, it is a pre-paid card for use on the PlayStation Store, like the Wii Points cards. They come in $20 or $50 versions. It works well for people who do not have access to a credit card. And personally, if I had a kid I would go this route rather than just adding money to their wallet from my credit card. It guarantees that they won't find a way to get on to my account and buy without my permission.

They also make great gifts for anyone you know who spends more money on Rock Band DLC and PlayStation Store purchases than they do disc-based games. :guilty:

Now, if only you could gift PlayStation Store purchases to your friends. It works great on the Wii. In fact, a friend gifted me Super Metroid last year.

That said, a friend got me a $20 one for Christmas, but didn't get it to me until New Year's Eve. He stuck it in a six pack of my favorite beer. 👍 The man knows me better than my wife. He should though, we met when we were five years old.

Anyway, it went to the purchase of the No Doubt - The Singles album pack for Rock Band. I had no clue how much fun No Doubt would be to play on bass.

Mr.Grandorifto, setup a new Master Account on your PS3 with a US address. If you still have the receipt of the store you bought the cards from just use their address. All of my foreign accounts use the addresses of bars I looked up online. Hopefully then it will give you the US store and accept your card info.

YAAY!!! Finally got my Mother Board Northbridge/SP200 and Southbridge water block ordered so I can finish my build:

Finished up the order with a couple ball valves, misc fittings, some UV coolant, and hose clamps.

Life is good...., now I have to hurry up and wait.

Hopefully, if the cooling is still a problem I'm sure you'll end up buying another rig and lopping the right side of it off, and lopping the left side off of your current rig, then welding them together and having a massive space with perhaps a set of re-filling fire extinguishers in the left rig?

 Yeah... Well, I can always tap into my central cooling system in the summer and run a 4" hose into the side of the case, and in the winter time, fan force the outside air into the case with the same hose. Crazy I know, but these are extreme days we live in. :)

Oh and make sure to fill your lines with liquid silver.

What do you mean, "liquid silver"? The "water" will be distilled with anti-corrosion, anti-algae, coolant anti-freeze, and uv dye added to it. Is liquid silver a "premix" solution?

That looks incredibly funny when linked with the above post.

I'm hoping to get a few new headphones, as my current ones are either FUBAR'd, or they just suck.
