I really like the green tinge to the glass on the lambo's. I think it really add's to the realisticness, no other game has ever shown this before that i can think of. Hopefully other cars that have different tinted windows will also display this, for instance many euro cars have a purple-blue tint to the windshield. I'm abit of an attention to detail whore so it's great to see game developers that are the same

Is it normal that the Viper, probable the ACR, is purple (picture 9)?
Thought there was only one ACR.. with red and black

Thanks for my new PS3 wallpapers! 👍

There are more colours available but I doubt that purple is one of them, maybe a lighting issue?

(yes I'm psyched to have it in GT5! ;) )

I don't know, it doesn't look like a lighting issue to me...
check picture 9 on the homepage

But yeah, maybe just more colours available...
nothing special then;

ACR is available in purple but I'm not sure if that's the right shade... or if one can get the red stripe with purple.

Anyone stopped to consider you may be able to paint your own car whatever colour you like? So if you wanted a purple ACR (god knows why you would, but hey...) then you could just paint it. Personally, I'd like a Baby blue Veryon with Chrome side burns... stunning!

I think if we can paint our own cars, which isn't beyond imagination because KY has already said we can change almost anything on the car, it'll be a great addition. I'd have a BMW M3 E90 in gunmetal grey, with black 19" M wheels... an orange Lamborghini Murceilago LP670-SV, with black wheels and aero elements... god, its endless.

and you would need that option for the big online tourney, so that you wont have 16 all black model Ts blasting down the front strait of high speed ring into turn one!

b

ps I'll make mine Blazing Onyx

I think you'd struggle to get a model T blasting anywhere... lol

As long as it isn't something that get's carried away like yea a Veyron with 'chrome side burns' or a lime-green GT-R with pink, grey, and purple graffiti and more stickers than a NASCAR pile up. I think we should be able to paint just the car base, and wheel color. We should be able to start out with just the basic body and wheel paint, but I can't really say that because NASCAR has made it's way into GT. So I'm a little iffy on the car painting.

I still want too see the classic lambo of the 80's ala miami vice. Will we see that lambo of the 80's? Like this one

Wonder why that purple ACR still has a red stripe? Do all ACR's have red stripes regardless of colour?
