Sweet christ.

No game has any business looking that good.

You guys are gonna rip me up but i'll tell you anyway.

Last night i had a dream that i had GT5 in my hands it was there i could smell the fresh plastic, the disc still warm from pressing, and what was my first thought?

I gotta go to GT planet and write a review\impressions.

That's how serious it's getting, it has invaded my subconscious.

When GT5 comes GTPlanet wont be on my mind. :P

Unless somehow I get it early (wont happen) and GTP needs my info service.

Sony still havent released high-res versions of the latest pics, thats seriously annoying.
GT5 must be represented in at least 1920x1080.

Yes, it is annoying, they're usually posted on websites hours after the smaller versions. :indiff:

Sony hasnt released them to the press yet, last time they were faster. >8(

EDIT: I will edit and upload them as fast as i can, just like with the other pics.
Will of course post them here then.

I prefer to see the Lotus Esprit V8 first but yes I want to see that Voilet Viper, I think it looks great. :D

They still havent released the pictures.

I give up, i guess they will release them when the next ones will be posted.

You know, I was watching Cannonball Run the other day. The scene were Daisy Duke and that other chick are in the Countach, I used to think there is no way that car would ever be topped. Listening to it as it passed that cop TWICE on the interstate was orgasmic. Well, after watching it again, it still sounds awesome, but man...those squared off bumpers, the high profile tires, not pushed all the way out to the wheel wells, and smaller rim size.....I am glad Lambo has changed for the better :embarrassed:)

I can only hand classics for so long. That is what I like about GT5p. The cars in that game, older or new, look GREAT like they were still at the dealer, when you have them in that screensaver mode.

I can only hand(le... stand?) classics for so long.
I assume you mean in real life, considering the rest of your post. It'll be interesting to read what you think of the used cars in GT5, which I'm assuming we'll get once more. In previous GTs with used cars, there were subtle but definite flaws coded into the game for used cars, and were slightly different for each. Older cars suffered more. And when you refurbished the chassis and added a roll cage in the used cars in GT4, man, did they get tight, coiled like a spring.

Forza is fine in just having new undriven cars, no matter what the vintage, but I'm looking forward to how used cars are expressed in GT5's physics build.

Real life or in game....and by classics, I mean OLD. We are talking anything from 1900-1970 for the most part don't interest me. The only exception is the 50s. So I pretty much love seeing anything from the 1950s, and then 1970s and forward.

Forza 2 let's you buy "used" cars on the auction house, showing number miles, races, times damaged, etc. However, there are not any used car "physics".
