Haha, no. Hiroto's brother is Hayate Iwasa. The chauffeur was Hayate Nakamura. Now if Hayate was Hiroto's cousin, opposed to brother, then he would be the chauffeur.

It's a FF, 63HP, 507Kg Tall+soft suspension race car with racing slicks and optomized gearing that was set up specifically for Tsukuba

*BTW, I spun out using the E-brake, since you can still spin the front tyres with the rear locked!

As Tomoya catched up, the turn came, and his EK9 wouldn't turn.

"Stay calm Tomoya, it doesn't matter, it's just racing, besides, I have a great family."

"Your still back there seems boring."
"Dive into Stream. . ."
"Yawn, will he catch up so this race will be more exciting?"

"Yawn, c'mon, you can go faster, can't you?"
"Let's try and work on a racing line."

"Seems as if I'm alone."
"You can't see me, but you will, very soon."

"Did he crash or something?"
"Damn, I think I'll lose."

"I feel as if I'm doing a time trial"
"Haruna, please give me your luck."

"This guy's good, no doubt."
"Guess I'll have some fun trying to drift."

"Going very well for an FF drift."
"I see smoke, I must be getting closer."

"Now's my chance to try and catch up!"

"Finally, this battle can actually get started."

"Finally. My luck is coming."

"Will I win?"
"I'm catching up. . ."

Ryou pulled away as they passed by the lit trees.
"I'm going to win, for sure."
"EK, I know you can go faster. . ."

"Still behind, this is actually a quite boring race."
They kept on going.



"I can't lose! I can't!"

"Faster! Please. . . Faster!"

"I see you! It's not to late to catch up."
"Catching up?"

"Okay, let's end this."
"Please Haruna! Keep your luck with me!"

The race ended, Tomoya had screwed up and spun out, but remained safe.
"Great race, Ryou."
"You too, Tomoya"
"Cut the talking! Masaru, get over here!"
"H. . . Hello. I'm Masaru Mitsuoka"
"Ryou Takishida, nice to meet you."
Ryou took a look at Masaru's Acura Integra, which looked fast in his opinion.

They started off, quite slowly actually.

"Damn, revved it badly."
"My calculation was correct, I shall start accelerating past him now."
As Masaru was right with his before-race calculations, his car did accelerate past Ryou.
"The hell. . .?"

"I will pass him using the inside of a corner then!"
Ryou's car started to speed closer to Masaru.
"Huh? That car is faster than expected."

"Haha, understeer is common for FF's."
"Too bad this race happened before my suspension tune."

Ryou's car slipped past.
"This guy's good, even if he understeers, he can catch up."
"Unbelievable speed on such a tight corner!"

After Ryou overtook, he made a medium-length gap between them.
"That corner is my first attack point."
"Although you made a gap, I still see you in my vicinity."

"His car is faster on straights, of course."
"Don't underestimate my Acura, it's faster than it looks."

They went a bit farther, and Ryou was still in the lead.
"I'm tired."
"This guy's good."

They went through the straight just after that corner, and headed to the next corner. Coming out first of the corner is Ryou.
"I wonder how Aiko's doing in Ibaraki."
"This guy really is fast, no doubting the idea. I'll start another calculation."

They still went further, Ryou in the lead, Masaru in the back, calculating.
"I love leading."
"Let's see, dimension, length. . ."
Masaru's car started to slide.
"Hm?"
"Damn."
Masaru steered the car back and continued the calculation.

"What's he doing? What's making him slow?"
"Distance, width. . "

"Maybe I should have a little fun with handbrake drifting."
"X times Y equals. . ."

"This is a breeze."
"6 to the 2nd power, times X, times. . ."

"This night is dark, and these nice trees make it beautiful."
"Times pi, divided by 16. . ."

"Hmm."
"My calculation is finished; I will have a perfect finish on the second lap!"

They went along the straight.
"This long straight is his attack point."
"Yes! Nearing lap 2!"

As usual, Masaru's calculation was correct, and he overtook
"My calculation is correct, I'm overtaking."
"No worries, I'll overtake in the tunnel."

"Damn understeer."
"Here I go."
Ryou headed torward the inside.
"Oh yeah, this is his attacking point."

But just as Ryou was about to overtake, his Mira slid.
"Damn, losing traction."
"Hmm? It seems as if he's losing traction from the tires."

As a result of Ryou's mistake, they drove to the end of the straight, where they tackled the second corner.
"He won't catch up, my calculations are unbeatable."
I will pass, I know I will, soon. . ."

They headed to another straight, and Ryou took the lead once again.
"Hmm, he's good, but my plan is working."
"Oh, I'm in the lead?"

They drove a bit more, and Masaru took the lead again, they then found another corner.
"So far, so good. . ."
"This is tiring."

They drove a bit more, and then Ryou took the lead, AGAIN.
". . ."
"This guy is way better than I expected."

On the way to the Half-circular turn, Masaru caught up to Ryou.
"Fast car. . ."
"No-one can beat my fascinating calculations!"

It ended up as Masaru coming out in the lead, and they drove a bit more, and reached the tunnel.
"My attack point is near."
"Definitely going to win."

They reached Ryou's attack point, and his Mira began to catch up.
"Hmm?"
"Here goes nothing. . ."

His Mira caught up more.

Ryou's Mira then made the final speed, and overtook.
"Victory."
"What? Impossible for people to beat my calculations!"



Ryou stepped out of the car, and the team was staring. Ren began clapping slowly.
"Congratulations, looks like you beat the teams best racer, but you still have me! Now get in the car, and let's race our 1 lap deathmatch!"
"Oh, I'm so tired."

"Going to win."

They came to the first corner of the reversed version, but something odd happened. . .
"Understeer? How?"
"Haha, this is great!"

"I'm pretty far back, I better draft and catch up. The sooner done, the sooner I can head to somewhere and go to sleep."
"That Mira will be mine very soon."

"GOING TO WIN!"
"Wow, these trees really light u. . . Wait, I'm catching up."

Ryou continued to draft and began to catch up.
"Passed him?"
"WHAT? HOW?"
Yes, Ryou has passed Ren nearing a corner.

"HE'S PULLING AWAY? IS THIS POSSIBLE?!"
"Getting more tired. . ."

"HOW IS THIS 🤬 POSSIBLE? I CAN'T BE LOSING!"
"Nearing that nice tunnel."

They reached the tunnel, and Ryou was still in the lead.
"Impossiblefor you to pass, I'm going to win now."

''NO!!!!"

Someone in the audience appeared, and took a snapshot of Ryou's win, a race everyone will remember. . .
