Making progress...Pretty much in the final stages of the tune now. Got my aero down and settled. Now I've just got to fiddle around with the toe and spring rates a bit. I'm just afraid the car might feel slightly mad to someone else driving it. It's fine for me, but I dunno.
Would anyone care to test out the car before I post out my final tune and give me some feedback? Preferably someone who's had decent track experience.

Your elise is a very good balanced car as fast offline as my evora only 3 laps but i have a 3'37"790, i'm 3'37"110 with my car.

Great to hear. I'm still tuning so what did you think of the handling in detail.
Was turn in sharp enough?
Was it too understeery? Oversteery (Especially at high speed)?
Meaning, would you rather it be a bit more understeery or oversteery?
I see you have the M3 GTR there as well, I tested that car as well ;)
 
Right, I think I now have a tune ready for the Lancia Delta now. Only did a 4:02 on it on my first offline lap with the setup (with two offs though) but I think it will be at least very good to drive for you all. Again, I'd prefer a slower good handling car than a fast bad handling car, to be honest...

Like i say, it well balanced, i have a 111R like this too it's on share. Nothing wrong,easy drive, just a little oversteer at acceleretion in long corners, but throttle control it easy. Very good car.

I do hope in not too much slower than everyone else.
I know I'm not a great driver but I don't want to be the only one putting times of around 3:55 as a test driver.
 
Can testers adjust brake bias as it is strictly a preference? The steering wheel friendly brake bias definitely doesn't suit my ds3.

other than the wrx what are some of top contenders in here ? ? ?

so far, for japanese FR's, the RX 7 FD seems to be one of the best I've tuned so far, though I prefer the look of the FC

my s13, s14, 180sx and 240sx all blow chunks in comparison to my FD though Xp

Do the AWD dominate this competition outright?
What are the strongest performing FR's?
Does anybody tune FF's? just wondering . . .
 
My car can be found in the "new car dealership". Do I still need to have two copies? (I will not be entering a time....nobody needs to see how bad I drive:crazy::scared::boggled:).

But I can if it makes it easy for everyone, I just need to do some braking in.

The car must not have over 500PP fully broken in and tuned.

As for your earlier questions, no 4wd isn't necessarily.dominant. Most of the cars for this shootout haven't been announced yet but praiano's Lotus Evora seems to have set the performance bar for many of us tuners. Since most cars have yet to be announced I can't be sure but doubt there will be any FFs entered. Most of us tuners will work with any type car and drivetrain although many have favorite type's.
