I might have accidently created a rally CR-Z...need to do a fast RWD car now! :dopey:

Do it, filly! :D

I was considering the Z33...might do that shortly! I hope nobody expects me to release any of these though...

Also, I have the greatest photo of an Elise ever! It looks like an off-road rocket ship :sly:

Well they kind of are expecting them now that you've announced them to the world. :P

No, because the Scirocco is FWD and the Golf is 4WD. They do share the same chassis and engine, but they require completely different tuning methods thanks to the Golf having 4WD.

thanks, i had not noted that yet, been having too much fun with the new gt86

The GT86 has become one of my favourite cars in GT5 for that reason alone. :D

You have no idea if they even work! And I doubt they will be of any use to anyone. Not even the Evo IV...

They would be useful for seasonals though.

I've just lost my GT5 save.

There goes all my "rare and unreleased" stuff. Sadly, along with it goes my ability to enter the Clueless shootout unless someone fires me a car to mess with that isn't an Alpine.

Well that's a damn shame. :indiff: At least you have all the DLC and seasonals right off the bat in a new save though. Won't be too hard to get back up to a point where you can buy and build whatever you want.

Amusingly enough, the cars you had on share are still up on share (at least for me) including the Charger you had for the shootout, so there's a last resort if you need it.

I know the pain of losing the GT5 save. Which car you need for the shootout?

Well, if you can get a high mileage Super Bee, I'll give it a shot... But I'm presently going to follow Roj in with another '69 Camaro.

i got a couple of old rustbuckets classic icons if you want , lemme know what you want it might be short notice but i can send you some stuff ...

extra question did you keep you're A-spec level ? seeing if yu lost you're safe and have to restart doesn't that start from 0 as well ?

Give me your PSN, and i will fix u up with some nice cars

RJs_RX-7, just like it says in the sidebar.

Heh, like I said, a high-mileage unrestored Super Bee is pretty much the only thing I've not completely tested, I was going to go back to it but now that I've started testing the Camaro I think it's what I'll go with.

i only got a fully tuned super bee , i don't think the special ticket will work on it does it to unmodify the car ?

Designed specifically to enter and win the Beginner level Gran Turismo Rally event in the Special Events menu.

Rally driving is one of the first things most new players stumble over when playing GT5. You can blame it on a lack of mandatory driving tuition from the game itself or a lack of off-road tuning advice, but whatever the case may be, this Takata 86 Rally Car aims to help change that by providing a slightly easier rallying experience.

This 86 has been tuned to tackle all three surface types in GT5 with a single setup. Although you would be much better off using a dedicated tarmac setting for tarmac courses, we felt that making this 86 handle well on tarmac too would be welcomed by those driving around Eiger, where the gravel transitions to tarmac near the end of the lap.

On tarmac, you’ll notice the car doesn’t handle quite as sharply as the default settings, however the rear end will never step out of line and the car remains very easy to drive at speed.

On gravel and snow, you’ll notice the GT86 holds its line well and soaks up the bumps and jumps with no stress. Despite being RWD, it’s not a handful to drive on these surfaces.

27th Jun 2012 - Also works on the Scion FR-S.

Heh, like I said, a high-mileage unrestored Super Bee is pretty much the only thing I've not completely tested, I was going to go back to it but now that I've started testing the Camaro I think it's what I'll go with.

I think I have a standard, high-mileage Super Bee if you want it. Any others you want?

Just that one. The faster, the better as deadline is in 1h 30m and my backup car won't be broken in fast enough.

The one ryangt sent me was sadly a 0 miler which would most likely need a break-in period.

So you need it in the next 1h 30m? I don't think I can make that deadline....
