RKM Motorsport - Tuned Tuners - May '13

It's a Honda which means it'll have a useless hybrid system that tries, but fails, to make it more efficient.
Yeah, I'm just trying to not be very negative about it. t may end up like that concept Acura made 5 years ago that had a 500HP V10 (well was supposed to) and died because Honda hates fun cars. Well, in all fairness, they don't necessarily hate fun cars, it's just that Honda wants profits, and they get that buy selling boring, slow, mediocre cars.
No flip up head lights no sale! lol should be an intresting car, hope its priced in gt-r range. They tried to link the two cars in some ways, like the rear lights are done in the same way where there is no break in them.
I wish it would have pop-up headlights, but according to the government (in the U.S. at least) they are are a safety hazard. That makes sense unfortunately so I can't really argue against it. ~Turtle

What's your opinion on the new concept?

To start off, I think it looks amazing. The SH-AWD system looks interesting and the way it becomes 3WD when cornering makes me think it's going to be a lot more effective than the 4WD system in the R34 Skyline GT-R. I'm guessing it'll have less front tyre wear and better handling as a result. The electric motors do nothing but add to the power, they don't subtract any, so I'm fine with those being in place. If the new NSX is labelled a hybrid then so be it. It'll just make winning more satisfying because the haters got beat by a hybrid.

I agree it's disheatening to see the NSX become as computerised as the GT-R, but it was to be expected. What sports car in this day and age doesn't use computer aids? As long as the computers help you go faster without nannying you, I don't have a problem with them.

And yes, once the NSX Concept comes to GT5, I will have it painted metallic red within 5 minutes. :D

And I'll have another unassuming family car to wipe the cheesy grin off the NSX's face. :D

I'm just going to leave this here.

This will be, already, my favourite EV car. Evar. For purely being a NSX EV. :D

Stop your bitching, the rest of you. The NSX is back, updated for the 21st century, what's not to like? As long as it retains the spirit of the original NSX and has a proper bloody gearbox, I don't care if it sounds like a droning monk or that it has less power than my pinkie.

Eventually you'll start complaining about it and relating it to the GT-R.

Nope.

1. It's MUCH better looking.
2. M4WDs (Mid engine, 4WD) are more edgy or just harder to drive than 4WDs like GT-R.
3. It's a Honda. And Honda, sporty ones at least, always deliver.

:D

How is it a 4WD? It's a MR with 2 vacuum cleaner motor's stuck onto the front wheels. :sly:

Pssst, EV =/= Hybrid. :P

It has a 7-speed dual-clutch thingamajig I believe so it'll shift pretty quickly and it has a new V6 so it wont sound terrible nor will it have less power than the previous generation NSX, let alone your pinkie. :P

Thus making it 4WD. :P All four wheels recieve power, so it's 4WD. :sly:

I heard that the SH-AWD system is actually quite good. I'd still much rather have a RWD successor to the NSX but I guess you could always buy a used NSX if you really hate 4WD and hybrid systems that improve performance.~Turtle

So I totally rally tuned a '96 Elise...this off-road thing is great when you avoid anything like a rally car...
I learned that a long time ago. I love driving the Trans-Cammer off road. Too bad I haven't been good at rallying since GT3.~Turtle

I might have accidently created a rally CR-Z...need to do a fast RWD car now! :dopey:

Oi, don't be so rash :P

Onboy's got the Goof Patrol when I'm not around, ya know... :mischievous:

But when I'm around, he still has the authority :mischievous::mischievous:

:P

That car looks better of at Pikes Peak

You know me, how can I not be rash? :P

As the Co-founder, I share some authority. :P

That car would be off at Pikes Peak, knowing how it drives on the black stuff. (No, not racist, the black stuff, tarmac!)

Goodmorning folks. I have been driving the R-Tune a few KMs. Thing is quite fast to be honest, good response but feels a bit twitchy. The sound of the RB is awesome :D

I have driven 780kms now with it. And i must say, its nice, but suspension does need tweaks here and there. power-wise its good, gearbox is nice. so thats something i want to leave stock. Only suspension would be great :D

And i bought another Lotus Carlton, with less miles on them than it did before. Does anyone have a tune for that one? This one has plenty of power in my opinion :P So i need diff and suspension on this one :P

Thank you guys. Just give me a holler when u need cars, i might have doubles or i will fix those :D

Praiano has a Carlton tune. I use it online because of the GTPGCA (I'm an undercover cop )
