It's an S13. The R/t is for Road & Touge. Boasting over 300lb-ft of torque gives it rocket acceleration out of the corners but if you're selfish with the power it will make you pay.

UPDATE March 21, 2013:
LSD - Raised initial torque from 7 to 10, lowered acceleration sensitivity from 30 to 10.
Suspension - Lowered front damper extension from 5 to 4, Raised rear spring rate from 7.0 to 7.5, Lowered ride height from -9/-6 to -12/-10, increased front camber and lowered rear camber angle, lowered front and rear toe angle.
