Theres nothing wrong with it, I just dont take it too far...at the most a "soft blur" is added the rest is just cleanup.

Hi dude, i just got your pm, soz i hadnt had a chance to look at it till now.... tell you the truth i'm fairly new to the heavy psing as well. I really like the beatle.
love the exhaust... nice touch. just an idea, but if you can find some really thick tires from another car , it would look cool.... cause its a drag beatle it would look awsome to have fat rubbers on the rear. hehe
the only other little thing maybe that the lighting on the advert needs to be alittle bit more in sinc with the body work. the writing should be a little lighter near the top.

edit: btw..... your other shots in the post are fantastic as well.

I dont know how I did that
I had a look in mind and went for it...the wing went through several phases as well as the exhaust. I grew up at the drag strip so I was able to work from memory as far as the look I wanted.I deleted the bumpers and stretched the nose a bit to give it a "thin/light fiberglass" look...the rear wing is entirely from scratch. The wheels are from a couple photos I took at the dragstrip last year.
If you look close there are wheelie bars I made from scratch but they get lost in the blur...the exhaust pipe is off a car in the game. It also kinda gets lost in the blur...its a nice detail but seems like it gets overlooked

Thats great for only an hour. It would probably take me twice as long to do something like that. And those wheels just make it ten times better. All your latest pics are really nice, not too much ps, just the right amount. 👍

vr6gti72I thought green wheels went well....Ive tried to shoot this car a few times but it just doesnt seem to take photos too well...It look like a cartoon most of the time..
I know what you mean I tried to use it in last weeks photocomp I just didn't like the way they turned out, I like the first shot turned out really well 👍
