The only COD game I liked was the original and United Offensive.. Which was a lot of fun single play...

This is the reason why I still play the original with the UO expansion pack; It never gets old. The multiplayer was fantastic, and I still play it more than a few times a week.

Made use of the gift cards I got from Target with my 360 for Jeans and Star Trek and then picked up a second 360 controller with copies of Geometry Wars 2, Lumines Live, Bomberman Live, and Ms. Pac-Man included for the price of a controller alone at Best Buy.

What can I say, the pink bow is hot.

What is it?

And Bomberman Live doesn't work correctly. It wants me to get the new Live compatible version by redownloading the game, but it is on a disc and I never downloaded it. Support has no answer and the Xbox forums say to delete the hard drive cache to get it to load up and need to the update notice again, but cancel it. So, I either can't play or can't play it online.

Glad to see my 360 experience is off to a great start.

Sounds like my PS3 experience, except along with having software issues my hardware just fries all the time. PC gaming FTW!

Okay, I'm saying goodbye to my social life now, I bought this:

Should keep me occupied for at least 70 hours, judging from the time most people spend to finish it first time.

Nice! I got it to, then COD6 came out, and now I don't even know where my Dragon Age disk is.... ;)

I have MW2 as well, that along with DA should keep me occupied well into 2010, until GT5 arrives. :)

EDIT: BTW, it also came with two codes for free DLC: the Stone Prisoner and the Blood Armor. :)

Finally. To go with the Wii Fit Plus that my wife bought nearly 2 months ago! Got a copy of Sports Resort too to keep the kids busy.

Took me 78 hours to get through it and the DLC and I think I only did about 65% of all the quests. I'm doing another playthrough right now, should keep me occupied till Mass Effect 2 comes out.

WooHoo! New shoes finally. My Chameleon II's fell apart and I've been holding them together with a combination of epoxy and various LocTite formulas for a couple months now. Went to Moosejaw this afternoon and picked these dudes up, Merrell Chameleon3 Stretch's.

If they hold up half as well as my Merrel Sandles, you'll have them for at least 5 years. Under heavy abuse.

I can't show most of my latest purchases as they are already wrapped. Although while shopping for others I did pick up something for myself.

7 movies and a Christmas CD for $30 isn't bad.

My Chameleon II's lasted for about 2 and half years of wearing them almost every day under some fairly heavy abuse. They were still probably wearable just not waterproof enough.

@ Holdenhsvgtsr -

My latest purchase was probably Uncharted 2... Got it three days before release date... It's sitting collecting dust now, but still, well worth it :)👍
