It will probably take me three tries with different color, time of day and idea before I can nail this one...keeping the weekend open for this task :D

One thing I noticed, which is highly annoying, is the fact that the rims cannot be painted - so they will always stay in the original car color :irked:

When you buy the car in the Dealership, you have (I think 5 or 6) colors available, and with it, the rims color matches the body color.
I'm not sure what happens to the rims when you take for example a red paintjob and you respray the car afterwards.
 
the rims always stay the same. I tried it.:indiff:
I got two 300SL now because of that. :embarrassed:

Best is to buy the car with those rims you like the most and then paint it. Thats what I did yesterday ;)

I closed Photoshop, and it didn't save the original image size, so I can't resize it back... Unless you mean the very original image (entry is photoshopped).

I'll definitely play LTW challenge tonight just to earn some cash for SL and to try to contribute here for this week comp. Even there are some fantastic shots till now, the theme is perfect and I like it alot so I'll definitely try to do something until Sunday :) Keep comin' great work.

@ZEROX: thanks for the compliment! I think you've got an amazing entry too. The overall competition level in the latest competitions is very high. The stronger the competition, the better the entries.

We all ^^ got our entries in now, and I think we've kept up the high standard, at least Raph, Italia and Zambuca have and I hope me too. :) Good luck guys, hope we all make the poll (that includes you too bmxmitch). 👍

EDIT: Oops, my bad: It seems Raph hasn't made it in yet. :dunce: I was sure I'd seen an entry from him. Come on Raphaele you can do it. :)

Thanks Nato ;) Your entry is very nice too, it's a perfect driving-into-the-sunset. Now I feel like going on vaccation in Toscana with a rented 300SL :D
 
Absolutely amazing entries everyone. I feel like we're in the "golden age" of GT5 photomode. PD should be proud of their creation.
