Ok mate..The Date has changed to Friday 2nd September at 8pm. If all goes well a new series will be created. Really sorry for the big wait. I will have Test sesions with many races every week until then.

Thanks all.

I've done some testing however its minimal.

I've only done one lap in the Camaro and I set a time of 1:50:1sumthing on Softs. The car was a lot more stable than I anticipated when exiting corners. I'd anticipated it to go fishtaily so I went easy on the exits.

PS. The my Camaro looks mean with Silver Chrome and red tyres.

My Camaro is Sunset Pearlescent Yellow from the 'Vette and is running the PDI Nascar wheels :)

Great testing last night guys, had a blast.

Bad times with your connection though Tiddy, feel for ya.

However, I think we have the two cars set up to compete now. There are certainly different characteristcs but they run very well together with some very close racing.

So, are we going for 450 BHP / 1350 kg / 580 PP - It all seems very logical to me 💡

I ran the Camaro mostly last night, and I think this is my favourite, but still happy to drive either if it means keeping the field even between the two.

Good work guys (oh, and you are both so much fast than me, especially putting your foot down out of corners)

👍👍👍

Thank you very much mate. Try tuning the Spring rates, Damper and Camber. This should give you grip when putting your foot down.

PS. I'll update OP and add you to the list

hey Killa_Kandy could you possibly translate the times into Australian Eastern Standard time
Also is there a reason to be running such a low HP Australian V8 Supercars run between 620 and 650 bhp IRL

Hello mate, do you have some V8 knowledge we can use? Didn't realise they ran quite that high in bhp.

No worries man i'll get some specs

The minimum category weight is 1355 kg (2987 lbs.) (without the driver)

A V8 Supercar must have a front-engine design and rear-wheel drive. Every car uses either a 5.0 L Ford "Boss 302" SVO or a 5.0 L Chevrolet small block race-engine (depending on the make) - capable of producing between 460 and 485 kW (620 — 650 bhp) of power, but generally quoted as a little over 450 kW (600 bhp) in race trim.

A Dunlop "control tyre" is supplied to all teams,The series adopted a softer, higher performance "sprint tyre" during the 2009 season — although it was not used during every race meeting. The idea is to allow every driver to use one set of those softer tyres, that can be used at the team's own discretion

That's mpst of the important stuff use what you like, all provided by my good friends at Wikipedia and living in Australia I knew what to highlight!!!
Too easy

Yeah the testing was fun :D Don't know what happened to the connection though, it just kept kicking me out the room every few minutes :(

I'm starting to struggle to chose which car to pick, the Falcon is awesome but seems slightly slower and more cumbersome yet the Camaro is less authentic but seems to be more fun to drive.

This is what a pre season race is for. We'll try out 450bhp. Also AEST are 9 hours ahead meaning the Quali's start at 4:30am.

Yeah mate. I appreciate the input. Its good to actually have an Aussie onboard. I'll hold a vote on whether the BHP should increase.

PS. is the time good for you?
