The ballast was mainly to achive a 50/50 weight distribution.
The fact that you need very little to no Power Limiter to run 500PP is an added bonus. Of course this is a car best suited to my driving style (or lack thereof
) so feel free to make adjustments to it so it best suits you. If I've got it in the right neighborhood so only adjusting ballast, power limiter, gear length, and brake balance are needed I consider it a job well done. If the suspension needs to be totally reworked then my tune isn't a good one for you.

No - the car handles really well - nice job. I've just adjusted the final ratio on the gears (after playing around, your ratios are the correct ones) for a bit more top speed (doing the supercar nostalgia on the Ring). I lessened the ballast for a bit more mental rear-end.

Well you can up the power a bit by adding the Racing air filter and going to 100% engine power.No - the car handles really well - nice job. I've just adjusted the final ratio on the gears (after playing around, your ratios are the correct ones) for a bit more top speed (doing the supercar nostalgia on the Ring). I lessened the ballast for a bit more mental rear-end.
Additionally try using 105kg ballast as that gives the same weight distribution as 125kg.
You'll end up around 512PP with 439HP and 370ft-lb torque.

Just a note in case anyone is interested in running "Sabertooth" in the British Lightweights Seasonal you'll need to reduce ballast to 162kg at a minimum, though I recommend taking it down to at least 149kg.

We can get to 563 anyway we want (excluding turbo/supercharger) and I was wondering whether to go for power or weight and looking for some general set-up tips.
Any help you can give would be much appreciated my friend.

Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GTA '65 "Casanova"
The great seducer. That's what this car is just like its Italian namesake. Rather unassuming in appearance at first glance, its lines exhibit a classic style when examined closer. I was looking for something different to try in the Supercar Nostalgia seasonal races when I came upon this little gem in my garage. Taking it in for a full race prep treatment I had my doubts that it could win due to a perceived lack of power despite its very low weight. Taking it to Rome first ole Harvey Wallbanger here decided to mount a set off Racing Soft tires figuring that was the only chance it had to finish well. Needless to say he was a bit surprised when he passed the lead Miura in the last turn of lap 3. Even though the Miura's greater speed allowed it to pass him back down the start/finish straight, he quickly repassed it in the first sweeper and quickly left it behind, eventually winning the race by over 20 seconds! Back in the garage the tires were switched for Sports Softs and Harvey headed back to the track. This time the slightly slower corner speeds dictated by the tires meant Harvey didn't pass the lead Miura until just before entering the last turn on lap 5 but it was enough to ensure a 2 second victory. By now Harvey was totally seduced by the easy handling and grace of the car and couldn't wait to take it to the other tracks in the series. After some quick testing Racing Hard tires were chosen and in short order Harvey had close wins at SSR5, Suzuka and Mt. Aso. Now it was time for this love fair to take on Harvey's favorite course, the mighty Nürburgring Nordschleife. Once more the Racing Soft tires were placed on the Italian lover as the higher speeds that can be attained on this track would seriously favor the mighty Miura's. Harvey quickly made his way past the field of lesser opponents and found himself in third place exiting the Carousel. Now to catch the Miuras. Shortly before the little Carousel he pulled into second and coming out of the curves onto the long straight he was right on the lead Miura's bumper. Throttle wide open Harvey rode the draft of the leader bouncing off his rev limiter somewhere north of 170mph. Despite this extreme speed and the less than perfectly smooth road the little lover was rock steady and never lost the Miura's draft. Braking late and hard Harvey cut inside the Miura on the right hander exiting the straight and just before the pit road entrance was able to pull cleanly in front of the Miura. Flashing around the last right hand turn Harvey crossed the finish line in 7:45.046 less than a full second ahead of his opponent.

That Alfa Romeo is a pretty sweet car.I love the looks and especially the sound of it.
I'll give your tune a try tomorrow as i really enjoy this car.
I notice you occasionally stop in at our garage(CKR) and was wondering if you could try out my new tune i posted up earlier today.I've been on a tuning block for a while and finally came to grips with a couple of cars, the Ford GT being one of them.
Indy Racerfan enjoyed it a lot and was running sub 7:00 laptimes at the ring. :tup:You can run it anywhere as it does well at many tracks.

X had a blast with the Alfa(yours is on steroids, mines a little docile in comparison see CKR Garage sorry plugging my tune)
Had an epic battle with the second place Miura at Mt. Aso in the seasonal event. Could have had a battle with first but screwed up the last corner to many times to catch up.
The sound and speed out weigh the arse stepping out if you get over aggressive with the throttle coming out of the slower corners or getting on it before the Apex, let it roll thru and she comes alive.
