Eagle Talon ESi '97



This started when I was hunting for an interesting underpowered car that could compete in the Stars & Stripes Seasonal. The car had to reach +200mph at Daytona Speedway and still out perform the competition on the other courses. This car is some how capable of both even with its FWD layout. Its not the easiest car to drive but the Talon proves it hold its own against some of the most fearsome American supercars.

I want you to tune the frickin' Commodore! I've got the homologation model out with the promise that the full nutter one is going to be out in a weeks time.

intresting , from now on all my testing will be done with the Driving force GT ( 75euro's due to discount )
changing to cockpit view and manual gearbox ....


lets just say my first test on nurburgring in the rain at night in a Ferari F40 on Comfort soft was .......

Easy Onboy... stay calm... It's on share ATM, with a complete overhaul on sheet B. When I get home I'll see if I can find a happy medium so we can get rid of this thing . really with some R2 tires it's not bad

This was tuned for ZedTunes' Autumn/Fall Rally Shootout 2011 and came in third overall. Very fun on snow

Well let me start with this disclaimer. I'm not a driver, nor a reviewer. I don't know what I'm doing, but that being said I just needed to let everyone know about this car.

I've been really waiting for this tune. I tried one and FAILED!!!! But this one is just what I was looking for . So I slaped on all the parts, tuned it up, and took it to the "Stars and Stripes" seasonal.

First, the feel of the car is just perfect. Handles like it's running on racing rubber, but it's not. Turn in and rotation threw the corners is great, and it being a FF I was amazed.

Next, the gearing is spot on. Good acceleration, good top speed, great pull.

Last, it was just so much fun taking on the heavies and winning. Great job Theo 👍. Now it's off to try that Corsa

Glad you liked the tune ... my first high powered FWD tune that was a success.

Im stuck! I can't decide which of two tunes to choose for the shootout. My 481pp ‘71 Blue Lightning, or my 499pp ’70 Batmobile I just started today. I am almost finished with the Batmobile and the laptime are surprisingly close… Might have to flip a coin.
