A few Things We Will Need.
1.Drag slicks with Tire Pressure Adjustment.
2.Timing Boards with lane indication lights
3.Burnout Pit
4.Staging Lights
5. A .4 an .5 pro And Sportsman Tree
6. Bracket setup with handicap
OTHER MISC. Wants Ideas.
1. Trap Times 0-60ft
2.A Drag Mod similar to Race mod but with the incorporation of a Trans Brake/Two Step etc.
3.Hot Chick (Ashley Force-hood/Alysha Witten) in Sexy outfit to Arm Drop races.(my biggest hope)

And thank God for standing mile testing 👍

It tells a bit about the 1:1 X1 model etc. and if I understand it right, you can test the dlc there. So we can hope for some pre-release vids.

+ that the test track has a total length of 30km and the longest straight is around 12km long.....

So if my estimates are right that should put us at about 7 and a half miles of break neck straight away but that means the corners will only be 3km each so its going to be tight corners not like the corners on GT's First test track

It sounds as if the second straight is a bit shorter......

I'm not negative. I'm just saying. No matter what you guys think, my point still stands. I'm looking forward to the DLC too, because even though it's not a drag strip, it's nice to have a test course again.

Yea, well no matter what you think, this is what we got. Its a legit 1/4 counter. We can see who has the fastest 1/4 cars. That's what we've been waiting for this whole time, tuning for this whole time. Its the closest thing to it and I'm not complaining. Im f:censored: happy! I want this. They GAVE US SOMETHING! And no matter how much you say, oh we need a tree, we need drag slicks we need...............etc, etc, etc it doesnt matter cause we wont get it in this game! Isnt it obvious! And we get this in less than a week!

[sarcasm] IDK if you have heard this song but it may be of some enlightenment to you. [/sarcasm]

The corners look pretty small, but maybe it's only the pic.

Btw, if the info is correct, the new test track would have 3 times the size of the old GT4 one.

Based off the info if you have two straights at 12km thats 24km of a 30km track that leaves 3km for each corner and 3 km on a track of this size is small thats shy of of two miles which is More like a C which means depending on the banking we could lose alot of speed over that 2 mile stretch rather then if the corners were more like this ( were we'd be able to hold a higher speed without the car stressing the outside tires as much causing a loss in momentum the corners aren't small but there smaller then what i would have predicted is all i'm saying you have to realize that at nearly 300mph that corner will be alot smaller then it appears in the photo i'm just glad the corners seem as wide as they do and never base judgment on a photo looks can be deceiving

that would make more sense a tear drop track vs a standard oval which means one corner will be tighter and then one large sweeper i hope the large sweeper goes into the longer straight

Is it wrong to wish for something all of a sudden? I guess you're not aware, but PD has hinted drag racing ever since GT2, but it has always been left out for some odd reason. This is why I think it's about time they include it.

To each his own, but I personally think this tuning thingy is kinda ridiculous really, because tuning the car is just one of many aspects of real drag racing. I just don't get the point of it, but that's me.

Also, why is it you're so sure PD will not include a drag strip? Of course, it's not their #1 priority, but if enough people want it who knows what will happen?

By the way, why are you getting so defensive in the first place, it's not like I've complained, even though you want to think that I have. All I've been saying is that it's not a drag strip, and for some reason you got mad.
