If your computer monitor has HDMI input you could just plug the PS3 into it. I haven't had a working TV for many years now so I use my monitor for video and the composite audio/video cable from my PS2 for sound out to the auxiliary inputs of my computer's powered speakers. One button press switches between my computer and PS3. You could also just use a USB headset for the sound.

The only other option I can come up with is renting a TV for a week but I doubt it's worth it to you for that.

Find this great car in the Online Car Dealer. The goal was to keep it close to stock, with a little more grip for all the twists and turns on this great classic track.Take it out for some practice sessions before the race.

- Track: Special Stage Route 5
- Car: Toyota 2000GT '67 (Standard - available in the Online Car Dealer )
- Power: 178 HP
- Weight: 953 kg
- Weight Reductions: All allowed
- Engine Modifications: Not allowed
- Intake Modifications: Allowed
- Exhaust Modifications: Sports Exhaust Manifold allowed. Catalytic Converter, Sports, Semi-Racing or Racing exhaust not allowed
- Turbo or Supercharger: Not available
- Drivetrain Modifications: LSD, Clutch, Flywheel all allowed
- Transmission: Fully Customizable Transmission Allowed
- Suspension: Fully Adjustable Suspension Allowed
- Aero: Not Allowed

Qualification Procedures
- Type: Live Online Single Stint - No pits
- Length: Single out-lap and 2 timed hot-laps
- Groups: Group qualifying will be used if the grid size is large enough to warrant in order to avoid traffic during qualification.
- Notes: Drivers not in the lounge by the time the first driver has entered the track after reset will not be allowed to qualify. They are welcome to join the race, but will start at the back of the grid. If we are running multiple qualification groups and the driver enters before the last group has entered track an exception will be made.

I had a quick look at GTP_oink's live feed before the race today and saw he has a camera pointed at himself while racing. I think this may be of help to wheel users as it shows how much or little wheel movement is needed to clear corners.

I changed my registration for this event lowering the probability of me showing to 10%. My right wrist is really messed up right now, causing me a great deal of pain, so I'm trying to take it easy on it and not holding a controller for an hour or more will certainly work towards the goal of taking it easy. There's still a distant chance I'll show (because even though I'm hurting I still want to be there) so I didn't cancel but it's a long shot. Anyway, good luck, everyone, and have fun.

It was a great race today! Thanks Sjaak for filling in as instructor this week! I had a great battle with Skillz and had the lead with 2 to go and a curb bit me!!! That's what I get for using a stiff set up! It's a shame that there is no replay. The room had a glitch and wouldn't allow us to save one. Skillz and I went side by side from turn 1 to turn 4, talk about a photo opportunity!!!! He even honked at me!!!! LOL! I would have honked back but I don't have that button mapped.
I don't think I have ever had a closer finish, .019 ahead of Boogee for second! Again, shame there is no replay. See you all next week!

(EDK) The wide sweeping nature of Indy Road suits the nature of the car quite well. This should make for a great Time Trial and a fantastic online race.
