There are more tracks than just the one time trial. Once you hold that one, there's two more. And one coming soon.

I did those too but they are just smaller sections of Silverstone. Nothing new.

I don't ever remember this ever happening. The car is chosen but the track is not.
In my opinion, the winner of Prize A should announce his/her car/track combo together, moving forward. What if somebody wanted to take the new combo and practice it prior to Wednesday night practice?

I think SoCalRacer was just trying to beat the Monday deadline to pick a $10M car, but yeah he should've selected a track soon after. I'll send him a PM.

Didnt I see Monday night deadline for cars over 5 Mill.. otherwise it reverted back to the normail 5mill.

That should be the case for the whole combo not just the car. :ill:

10mins of qualifying and two 10min races.

Would have loved (comparatively speaking) Indy Road or another somewhat flat wide open circuit that wouldn't give me a headache

F-1 at Monaco ........ Pole wins. So qualify fastest, buckos.

Really frustrated with my Academy times ...... can't figure out what I am doing wrong.
Get the Silver, but am unable to drop my times much at all. Just keep chasing the ghost around the track most of the time. No clue as to how to go faster out of the corners.

And to think that some folks are 6-8 seconds faster???? Aliens for sure.

I will be racing.. sort of speak.... track where passing opportunities are almost non existent. I like the track and the car... the combo not so much.

This combo will likely be the ultimate test of your ability to drive within yourself. The track doesn't offer up many passing opportunities, but there are plenty of places to make mistakes. You need to be ready to capitalize

This is definitely a clear case of "one and done". Probably the single worst combo ever chosen in my opinion.

Perhaps penalties should be taken off for this? Really fast car on tight small track with atleast 10 drivers won't do anyone any good when they mess up, especially if its the leader. :scared:

I don't think many guys have experience with the F10. One of the best cars in the game, but not the combo to be initiated with, I think. TT? For sure. Traffic? Not fun.

Anyway, here is the GT5 F2007 Record Lap for the track. Second part is in cockpit view and worth watching. :nervous:

Agreed. It would have been awesome for the league to mimic the F1 race that's going to take place earlier that day. However!.. I guarantee there will be league-wide interest in this Sunday's German Grand Prix regardless of which track we're taking the F10 to.. Stay tuned for a big announcement..
