Do you have a song that helps you race, but you are embarrased to play it?

This happens to me all the time online. My song is Paramore- Misery Buisness. Something about that song puts me in the zone, like the shaving seconds off my times and split second breakneck decisions zone:dunce:
When i play it everyones all like "WTFs someone playing?" and i quick it off.

Well, this isnt just GT5. It happens to me in Burnout too. This pic sums it up perfectly-

Does this happen to anyone else?

I love that song.. and no I don't get embarrassed by my music choice. My friends go wtf, but they don't bug me about it so I keep on enjoying my music! :P

You shouldn't care too much about it

The radio is my favorite part of a car. Music and driviing go together perfectly

That pic is hilarious (and appropriate). For me, it probably was Bucky Done Gun by MIA on NBA Live 06 (another EA Music choice lol). Personally, I love driving with music in real life and in games...just goes so well together. I suppose it really depends on the kind of music you listen to. I mostly listen to hip hop and electronic music, so it goes well with driving. If it was country or opera or something, not so sure it would work.

When it comes to Hard Rock, anything with Volbeat works.
If you're more into some dancemusic, here are some tracks that works for me.

I listen to Eurobeat 90% of the time when racing, which is kind of embarrassing if people who don't like it hear it.

Initial D got me addicted to it, and makes me blind to the many failings of the genre (read: many songs sounding virtually the same, very high-pitched etc).

Yeah, I feel like I need something - a steady tempo helps keep my nerves and stress under control.

I'm gonna say:

Loverboy - "Working for the Weekend"

I don't personally like just listening to the engine/tires by themselves, due to the reason engine sounds don't meet my expectations (for me at least)

This song is a killer!

Most of the time i turn of the music while i'm racing, but i found out that the classical music:dopey: actually helps to relax and shave of the seconds!
