As the title suggests, to list all the best handling cars with default settings (No Works, No Upgrades). Race cars are also included.
I think this list would help people that have hard time try to control cars. In addition, some requirements are needed to minimize advanced gamers' skills that might affect a car's true charactor:
* The car should be tested under Elite Mode.
* The car should not spin while crusing high speed on a straight.
* The car should not spin while braking hard.
* The car should not spin while doing a powered standing start.
* The car should not spin while turning in/out of a corner at maximum speed that is suggested by the Guiding Lines.
