Should vehicles be kept as-is for the entire series, or should they be upgraded to the max after the halfway point?

I voted for keeping the cars as they are. In WRC or IRC the teams don't show up with 500 BHP cars with everything different of the first car. Changing suspension and gearing settings yes. Installing things no.

+1. I'm not in the series, but IMO, you guys should not be allowed to modify your cars with power upgrades. These are the reasons for me thinking that.
