More info to come.

As ive allready said im well up for this 👍

I'll keep my eyes on this, love the Challenger. Although I am planning a series that includes it for next year I'm still interested 👍

Interested.

However my Sundays are full with three Series.

Subscribed to see what shakes out.

Is there any way you can be persuaded to make it the RX-7 TC?
The Challenger has diddly for downforce, which makes me afraid of how it drives.:scared:

But then I guess I should drive it before I make opinions on it. :dopey:

I'm interested. I'll wait and see what the times are likely to be as I do play football on a Sunday.

I'd definitely be interested in this. May I suggest sports soft tyres? I think these cars are too well-behaved on racing tyres. I find the balance is just right on SS rubber.

I already claimed dibs on the RX-7!

I took the Challenger out briefly yesterday after my post in the Integra thread. Not as bad as I remember it, but the lack of downforce compared to others in it's PP range hurts it. It seems to not want to be pushed at all.

exactly RT we all will have the same car to contend with i actualy love it its great fun as it has entry understeer but good mid corner grip and you can turn it on the rear with gentle throttle inputs also it has a nice feel to drive :D

Would you guys like to keep the car stock and run tune-less like FMSC, or allow tuning? I kind of would like to make this series more hard-core as it's an endurance series.

Do you mean just prohibiting additional modifications, or just running a specific tuning setup? As for extra power, I think it has power enough already, but I'm not too fussed either way. As long as I'm free to set the car up to my liking (suspension, diff, etc.)

When you set the online lobby to "Tuning Restricted" the only thing you are allowed to adjust is the brake balance. No parts can be added, and no additional settings can be moved.

i think on tuning prohibited you can dersitrict the power but that would ruin the fun :P

I'm no tuner so tinung restriction would mean I'd (hopefully) xD be able to keep up.
It also means tire wear will be down to the driver, which I think makes it more skill based, IMO another good thing.

As a Mopar fan you got my attention, but im curious about the hp restriction. I find the tc challenger a lil squirlly with its "stock horse power"

You can't restrict the horsepower if we plan on running with the "tuning restricted" option checked.

I haven't run mine with default settings yet, so I don't know how it goes. Whatever, I'd still much prefer to be allowed to tune it. I'd be happy to share my setup with anyone, too.

I'll make one post in the official thread for "official tunes". That should cover it for everyone.

How would you enforce said tunes? Or just saying this help others that can't tune get something set up?

In certain leagues I use my cell phone and take video of the "verification process" so I go to set up. Show all my mods and anything that needs to be seen as legal and keep filming till I my car is called and is in the pits. At which point no is allowed to leave the track. I do this in case I am accused of cheating.
