i wish they had more real tunner cars, they had the mines skyline and evo, but it would have been cool to see the Jun Supra, the veilside skyline, the Blitz S14 and skyline, the top secret supra, etc
 
There is a Amuse S2000 in GT4, there should be plenty more tuner cars GT4.
 
In my opinion, there are WAY too many tuner cars/ricers in the game already... no way we need any more of them. Dont get me wrong, i like my share of them, but not when there are, for a prime example, 9 Lancer Evo's, 16 (SIXTEEN!!) Skylines, 9 Imprezas, 8 Legacys, and many others. Tuners are great... but enough is enough. I absolutely hate the sound of coffee can exhausts anyway lol

Tuner cars are not the same as Rice cars. There is a clear difference and are totally opposite. Tuner cars are tuned for performance. Rice is the appearance of speed with no actual performance.

Hey, Fresno eh? Fresno definitely has better malls than Merced does. :lol:

Thanks for clearing that up for me... what i was really driving at i guess was the overflow of japanese sports cars... once again, i do like them a lot, but I mean... 16 skylines... who needs 16 skylines... you see what i mean?

Malls? hmm... theyre alright lol... ive seen better
 
Well I would rather see tuner versions of skylines, lancers, supras etc rather then see versions that have only slight variations. And yes don't confuse Ricers with tuners as they are very different.
 
16 Skylines isnt enough for me. Only because I am a Skyline enthusiast ( I want them all!! Including Prince Skylines).
 
Worry not. You'll be able to do a Stage 4 Turbo conversion to your Skylines and Supras.

And nobody knows about "Emporor's".
 
Hope they put in more cars, but not ones like the Lamnet SPOON S2000! Worst drivable car in GT so far. :crazy: :grumpy: 👎

And your spelling is always perfect is it? If you are going to pick on someone's spelling, at least pick on someone who consistantly spells things wrong.

Did it ever occur to you that maybe English isn't kobes' first language. How's your French/German/Dutch/Japanese?
 
I think with 500 cars, rims aren't exactly high-priority.

About tuner cars: As long as they aren't ALL japanese models (IE Venom Viper, SVT Mustang~if you'd call that tuner rather than modified), I'm ok with it.
 
you just reminded me. i hope they have the trd 3000gt supra in there too. i remember that thing from gt1. haha. i never did get it though.

hopefully though we'll get some gp sports cars, cwest cars, top secret, also that'd be cool to have more than just japanese tuner cars like the hennessey vipers, lingenfellter [sp] vettes, roush [sp] mustangs, etc.....
 
I have a vid of a 1280+hp veilside supra witch they crashed on the test run.And on another note how come they dont have the wing of the spoon S2000 on the GT's?

Which is what the location box is for, so we can allow consideration for people making an attempt to post in a language that's not their own. We have a number of multilingual members who'd cater for such a situation. Sadly kobes looks far more like a member of the AOL Generation than anything else.

Yeah, if it didn't have that useless wing, stupid looking clear tail lights and massive horrbile vinal design on the side i'd like it.
 
Believe it or not, I'm going to go a different way on this topic. So while I got some nachos here with chile con queso, I wouldn't like to see eyeliners on the car (those things you use to cover up some parts of the lights, but even this explanation will confuse people. Worst of all, no neons or different-colored brake lights. I mean, I respect tuner cars, but not some tuner items. I'd like if you can tune your car for at least Autocross. I think special wings and body kits should only be considered if you have some aerodynamic issues. And I would consider drifting as racing despite what others think. I'm not going to continue the debate, but if you can come up with something more or less like Andrew Monterrubio's Honda S2000 (look it up online), it would be a good race car to have. I'm going to quote again from "Sports Car Revolution." In games like NFS:U or the Tokyo Xtreme Racer series, you tuned your car to outrun others, but not to handle. Heck, I even had to do some road racing to knock off Speed King in TXR0 by going to Kanjyo.

But to me, "tuner car" will have to mean "car tuned for performance." And who knows? Maybe those certain wings and stuff may actually be functional on those "Tuning Cars." I wouldn't be surprised to see plenty more in the game. A weird one to pull off would be a streetcar replica of the Matsumoto-Kiyoshi RE Amemiya RX-7 from GT2. Only thing was, the car was blue, not yellow. That would be cool to pull off for GT4. And who would you thank? Who else? Mr. Amemiya-san himself!
 
I hope PD include the full carbon bodied HKS Lancer EvoVIII time attack car,what a weapon.
