I'm self employed and I work part time as a systems manager, I don't actually do anything most of the time when I'm at Caudwell but at home I sort out contract mobile phones for Orange and 3 customers and I'll be doing O2 soon.

I'm the Assistant Service Manager (that's the best way I could find to translate it, really), which makes it sound oh so important, when in reality all I do is hand over the bill, explain what's been done and why, and put up with the customer's whining, and take appointments.
