Is it Burger King? I went to one yesterday with "free chicken fries w/meal" coupon. I got laughed at, because the coupon wasn't valid until 7/20. The girl was like "We don't even have those things yet, but thanks for the interest!".

I'm the Assistant Service Manager (that's the best way I could find to translate it, really), which makes it sound oh so important, when in reality all I do is hand over the bill, explain what's been done and why, and put up with the customer's whining, and take appointments.

I'm also a "Writer". Except I have to make a lot of phone calls to "follow up".
