I am working part time (at leisure and at my pace) in a mortgage company setting up loans for people who want to buy houses (or sell them), I am also a Violin/Viola teacher, and I am an intern mechanic for my dad's friend. Hopefully soon, I'll start going full time into the mortgage, which is straight comission and leaves around 1 to 2k per costumer ^_^. Violin/Viola lessons leave 30 an hour, and the internship.... 30 a day (maybe).

Wow. Man of many talents. 👍

Hahah not at all. I learned to play the violin, and since I was lazy and never practiced ended up switching to viola. I realized how well you get paid when giving lessons, so I decided to give them to people younger than me (I'm 17). The mortgage thing. My dad works there, he told me about all the things that you can get from the job, and I was interested. I have to take a few exams to make the best out of my comission, but that's alright, nothing too hard. And for the internship. The mechaninc my family goes to said it was alright (after I asked) to work with him and get paid small amounts, while I learn the trade ofcourse. Hopefully, (or as he says) he'll help me find a good cheap 240sx, and he'll also help me tune it up ^_^ Can't wait!!

Those skills comes in handy man! :) If you ever get fired or laid off from your day job, you have something to fall back on for a while. :D
