Here it is. The last race I post as the WRS steward.
As promised, I chose one of my favourite combos, and for the first time I didn't do any pre-selection (game mode, type of track and type of track) aiming at keeping a certain variety in the series.
So of course this is El Capitan, and this is a road car. A french car because Kent suggested it, but a low powered and light-weight RR car on normal tyres, which decuples the fun factor.
I never drove this car in RL, but from what I've read from people who actually drove it, the normal tyres make it very realistic. They say that the countersteering makes up for the rear end tendancy to slide away, and each turn feels like a miracle has happened again. Which sums up pretty well what you feel on El Capitan :mischievous:
Enjoy !

W00t! Perfect!

What a finish. N-tyres, El Capitan (Perfect track), Alpine (good-looking and unique). Tough, demanding, and fun...

Lovely track choice Cyril. My very, VERY favourite.
Car is hit and miss for me, I expect it'll grow on me this coming week though 👍
 to a great race steward, what an exit race!

And some splits for a lovely week:

0'37.556
1'24.511

Brad and Ben now have to update my nasty repeating-number splits...

Great! My favorite original track and prety car! Nice driving to everybody!
PS: thank you Gingiba, Flat-Out & MisterWeary for you support and work) It's hard to recive such a stream of times, messages and questions, but you did alright!
Good luck, guys!

Woah, finally we get to take a spin in this car, I requested this back in lie week 12 or something lolz. You've been superb Cyril! Hate to see ya go but gonna love this combo I'd wager. Time is of the essence but I'll try and find more than 30 min this time, hehe

I've had really nice ones (T2 of 1'21), but DRE visited again - I get that every ~20-30 restarts (including other stuff, not only that combo of course :P)

EDIT: Curtis is in? Looks like a battle of slippery titans this week... You've got one Grand Finale, Cyril.

Will get started in a bit... Good to see ya here Curtis. Only two more weeks until I get my azz handed to me in person... 👍

I haven't been competing the WRS for the past couple of weeks because my final exams are coming up so i need to spend alot of time studying. But i took a quick break from that and a 15 lap session. Still alot more time to drop off these splits, but they will do for now...

T1 - 35.707
T2 - 1'18.945

My english exam is in 2 days. But WRS is much more interesting!

T1 - 34.667
T2 - 1'16.962

Normal tyres are awesome 👍 So much more fun then the over gripped stuff.

Oh and Board Updated. But I'm not going to postwhore that every time I do it. So just check it and if it's updated, it's been updated, if not, it hasn't been.

10 Laps. Kept just TCS on and I'm using the DS2 for now.

37.421
1'22.493

I thought I would hate the car, but its not all that bad.

good luck with ur english exam casio;) i am gonna use the dfp only this week and spend some decent time on it considering its flatouts final race, cheers.

Well, if you have a DFP and don't enjoy this combo........
