First shot: This on hooked me right off the bat because the shot's in my favorite corner of the track. The lighting and focus on the car was great, but this shot felt like it had too much noise.
Now the second shot: The preview alone had me amazed. The blur is perfect, the lighting is perfect, and the angle is... you guessed it, perfect. That shot is my new desktop background.
The TVR shot is excellent too, but the RX-7, meh, theres something I don't like about it but I can't think what it is. Nice update overall, and thanks for doing the requests!

LancerEvo...I'm really glad you liked the request. Im also flattered that you like it enough for it to be your background. Is it the Chevy Rims on a Mazda? I didn't notice until I got to the phototravel location. Something didn't feel right on that shot, obviously that's why I abandoned it. But I still thought I'd show it.

great set of updates buddy!!! the second evo shot is fantastic. great contrast and the blue is just outstanding. well done with the noise levels and the motion blur as well. the mercedes has a great composition and exposure level for a stock (?) shot. i can see them looking very good in monochrome. the rx-7, looks like a turtle with those wheels. it's just not lowered enough 
same with the tvr, but you did well with those photos in terms of post production and composition. a job well done. sorry haven't been around for a while.
as for the cake, well it can't really be symbolism. maybe she just knows you'd love that sort of thing so she did it for you. same way that parents get their kids the toys that they want for their birthday. otherwise, if it was symbolism, she probably would have just gotten you that cake, with icings telling you to grow up

Thanks for the comments on the previous shots I did. The merc was and unedited preview. The RX-7 looks like a turtle? NICE! And about the cake. I remember her saying that she did it because I never had a cake like that growing up and that I was ...and I quote "Full of youthful exuberance" . I took it as a good thing.
I really really hope to get the merc update up this weekend. Honestly I couldn't get inspired to shoot that car because I know how badly its rendered. I mustered up the courage to do another shoot that came out a bit better, the shots that were in the preview are from the second shoot. We'll see how it goes...

But here it is. This is S-Line Audi Fans request from awhile back. Honestly I really couldn't connect with this car/track combo in anyway. It probably shows. This car is badly rendered, and shots at the Ring are not the greatest shots I have ever done. Regardless, I hope you all like it.

Well, they're good, but not up to Swiss standards. The second and fourth are my favorites, and the third is close behind. First shot really isn't much to my tastes though.

Have a couple more updates in the works, but I won't even give a timeline for them to be done. I think I might do a Le Mans update again. Took a bunch during the weekend of the race. Even though there have been plenty of Le Mans updates already, I don't care!
