I wouldn't say route x big but Monza spa or something open personally I like Daytona roadcourse

I think you know what I mean. Obviously we're not talking about a night full of Route X, but I'm saying, let's not be scared to do the big tracks. They seem to draw the people in. Granted, I don't have a sheet full of numbers to prove this, but it seems to be a trend everywhere I go. Monza, Spa, High Speed Ring... I'm a little surprised we didn't hit Grand Valley East or Trial Mountain.

But just as ER said, it's early yet and we do have time to figure it all out.

yea ur right

Yeah, I got your vote already hahah

Mainly pp. Let's not go restricting too much. Remember what I said people driving what they feel comfortable in ER? That doesn't apply to me, but I have had three people I tried to get in XFEL, who decided they could not do it because they couldn't afford to keep buying cars. Some people just want to drive what they want to drive. Start throwing restrictions on everything and you will see people leaving the room.

Yes, some people think they can hit every car and no brake checking period

Brake checking is good. It's a tactic. Is this a game or is it a rules based race? I can get that on Saturday night. Reversing is also fine, but not driving backwards.

yea ur right mostly we need to have some variety though

I never said anything about me winning in that quote. Also, we ddon't think that you are a bad driver. I don't ever recall anyone saying that either.

I appreciate that barrett sir, but things can be implied, even in writing. (English was my minor). Let's say, I won a lot of races at Daytona. Would it not become a sign to you if it seemed like I had a particular preference for oval tracks? And it would be my nature to do that. Not on purpose, but we all want to run where we are strongest. Which is a shame for me because that's Nur, and everyone hates going to that track. (Speaking of the GT community in general there).

But more to the point here is that I'm looking for ways to make sure that we get membership, and keep it. I will run short, long, 75 turns, Arenas, whatever gets picked. But this isn't about me. It's about us building a strong league that people enjoy and want to come back to week after week. Then we can worry a little less about having to sort things out every week, give or take a noob or two.

Call me the marketing department. :sly:

And I appreciate the correction. Perhaps I have been misreading some things. I will try not to be so sensitive.

I know, that's why I'm going to stick with just pp even though it would be more fun if we mixed it up every week with different cars. I will use different mice though.

As for XFEL. I was shooting for something different that nobody thought of. If I wanted to do just the same cars over and over again I would've joined a league already on GTP

That's why I eliminated that rule

Actually the people I have done c&m with love doing nurb

What is the mouse car and pp for cats this week?
Also, like we do in the endurance league I think we should have 3 cars to choose from for a mouse.

I am actually letting a different member pic the mouse each week. This week it's r34. Once he chooses a mouse, I will choose a fair pp

I understand ER. And I do credit you guys for introducing me to many cars I wouldn't have otherwise tried. But it can be difficult at times because my schedule doesn't allow for as much grinding as it used to. Work and family has taken up so much of my time that I even got kicked from school due to poor attendance. No biggie, as long as I come back within a year from now, I'll be accepted back. But things are having to give. On top of that, my buddy from the Parity club is going over to PC and Asseto Coursa, and so am I. So that's going to start stretching my time a bit.

Point is, a little car recycling is good. Also from my standpoint of having to tune and practice with a new set of 3 to 4 cars a week. It's just not going to happen the way I want, and then I'm not going to be competitive, or I'll be reckless because I don't know the car like I should yatta, yatta, yatta... But that's my problem, and the problem of many.

I will be staying with GT for as long as possible because I love the game, and will stay with you guys while I try to set up a community for us in AC. Check it out, it's by Steam. I don't have the link handy but if you Google it, you'll get it on the first link. Looks like they are trying to be the iRacing equivalent to GT. God, I'm late for work in my own home. More later guys, keep your heads up!

I understand about the difficulties of the race I select but don't worry, subzerro has returned and I will be joining his league, which is somewhat similar to ours

I may or may not join subzero it depends on if theres enough space in his room or whatever and who's in it

Will be there tonight. If I don't show, it's because the power is out. I'm hoping the winds will die down later this evening, but we shall see.

Looks like the wind has died down enough, so I will be there. 10PM right? Just grinding a couple of bucks so I can pimp out a few cars. 575pp correct? (Not like I can't adjust it).
Yes at 10. But I changed the pp for cats because the 2cv is so slow. The cats are at 510pp
