Had a good race and kept the car clean. Well, until I got around Joe. He kept throwing beer bottles at me. Think at one point I ran over one and slid into Grim.

With good fun racing like that It really doesn't matter where you finish.
You're lucky they were empty. As much as I was getting knocked around you're lucky I wasn't throwing poop :)

If my Night shade colour is rubbish to tell it's purple and not black, I can change it to either Midnight purple (I think I have the 3 one....it's from one of the GTR anyways) or Amaranth pearl.

Thanks for the racing everyone. I think racing with you all has yielded some of the most fun moments of my life, as crazy as it sounds.

Hopefully I'll be able to join the rest of the season. I raced tonight on the connection from my dorm, which seems surprisingly more stable than the one at home. So if I'm home one of these weekends I might not have a good enough connection for an enjoyable race. I can't count the times I've been in a great battle and suddenly been disconnected. It was nice not to have to worry about that tonight, at least.

Also seems like Grim, Joe and I are quite evenly matched, and 88GTA was right with me the entire time. Will be interesting to see if the same few of us tend to group up next week.
A big Congrats to @GGGMotorsport for the win in the first week!

With 4 pts covering the Top 5 positions it looks like we have a great season ahead of us.

A big thanks to @brntguy for the live cast. It was great to be able to watch the event.

Grim, I noticed a few things about the spreadsheet.
  1. The dates are off. You have the event happening on the 11th not the 15th.
  2. we have a 1st, 2nd and 3rd spot but no fourth. Also we have 2 6th. I assume the calculation for the ties is off.
Other than that thanks a ton for keeping Score!

Finally would anyone be willing to grab the fast lap times for each driver in each race? I want to create a power ranking!

plan to work on the official stats later tonight to make it final. I'll have those issues worked out. Thanks

You still looking for pictures for a spotter's guide? I can take pictures from the race if you want.

Pictures would be awesome.

Also if everyone could share there painted RS200 in your community section and let me know when it is done that would be cool. I know some of you already have them shared.

The video was up once I started streaming, just click on that link for the stream and it will play.
I watched most of it today while working a bit. Just great and funny stuff.

Until I watched myself get gang raped by Ken. Yes, a single person can be so good at raping that he simulates a gang rape all by himself ;)

During testing we went up the PP ladder. The CRX at Tsukuba was a no brainer. The RS200 was a lock and Ken wanted to take it to Autumn Ring...I suggested reverse. We wanted a city course and the faster cars like the CSL and NSX RM needed a lot of room...so we decided to take the BMW to Tokyo. That left the NSX RM...and it just seemed to fit at Suzuka better than anywhere. We thought about taking it to Fuji but it doesn't have a big top speed for that long straight.

Just a reminder that the KOQ Time Trial for Week 2 is open. The track is Autumn Ring - Reverse!

The following Drivers are locked in for the event. All they need to do is confirm they will be racing.

@GGGMotorsport - Confirmed
@dylansan - Confirmed
@JoeW - Confirmed
@Zii1993 - Confirmed
@88GTA - Confirmed
@kendawg - Confirmed
@Schmiggz - Confirmed
@Starvsnr

Everyone else should take some time to run the qualifier in case we get enough entrants to fill the grid.

Grim will be posting an official KOQ TT sheet later. - Thanks Grim!

Just watched the whole thing again, freaking awesome. Great battles the whole time, even the Joe and Ken bumper cars at the end of race 2. Best part had to be the "We're all gonna die!" in turn 1.

I hope next week will be just as good but I am must less experienced at Autumn Ring (of death).
Since you watched the whole thing, what did you think about the broadcast? Could you hear the lobby chat ok, what about the car/racing sounds compared? Did you like hearing the lobby chat during the race or rather not hear it? What did you think about the quality of the cast? Was the race coverage good enough? Like the camera positioning and different camera's and who was covered etc? What about the onscreen info, too much, not enough at times, did having the drivers names above the cars help or detract? Would you like to hear more commenting during the race or is lobby chat enough or too much? Between races I try to fill that time with video clips, would you rather just sit in lobby and listen to lobby chat or are the video's worth watching while waiting for the next race to start?
Now everyone can give there opinion/feedback please it helps me refine what I'm doing.

Honestly, everything was perfect. The chat was great and it was fun to hear everything again that I might have missed while in the zone last night. The on screen info was good because you alternated having it on and off and showed the live timing occasionally. Overall, I wouldn't change anything. We wind up commentating the race ourselves and you did a great job changing to the battling cars and focusing on the action.

Yes I meant shared. Auto correct or I missed a button on my phone.
