Edit: The car is fun until 2's.

I figured you were practicing your drifting :lol:

Good racing tonight, really cool to see new faces in dtc, so I did watch replay and my tire wear was 2-3 lower then everyone else witch obviously is not going to make me be competive, second race I pit twice and still had similar tires as joe had on 1 stop, so Ill test next week combo to see if I could figure something out but if I'm using tires up much faster then everyone else then this very fast wear is not for me. I'll let u guys know my decision mid of next week.

I pitted twice since the RS200 is a handful for me on new tyres, let alone worn ones :)

Midfield Raceway is coming baaaack

PD is definitely going to have a massive update (or two) right before PCARS drops to steal some sales and online users. If I can get another month or two of entertainment from GT6, that should give me extra time to save and get a PS4 wheel.

That sounds like awesome news but the question is...how? It is quite obvious that Granturismo 6 reached the limits of playstation 3 some time ago and unless Kaz and his team gets rid of tons of useless data like the lunar mission, some of the Miatas, S2000's and RX7's, data logger (I never met anyone that ever found this thing useful) and a good bunch of useless standard cars or anything new they throw in the game will probably cause more trouble than entertaining pleasure.

PD will drop B-spec, Midfield, paintable spoilers, paintable Mazda LM55 and Chaparral 2X vision cars, at least two more vision cars, course maker and maybe even one more classic track like Seattle before PCARS comes out. Those last two are guesses but I wouldn't be surprised.

Just a reminder that the KOQ Time Trial for Week 3 is open. The track is Tokyo R246!

The following Drivers are locked in for the event. All they need to do is confirm they will be racing.

@GGGMotorsport - Confirmed
@dylansan - Confirmed
@JoeW - Confirmed
@kendawg - Confirmed
@Schmiggz - Confirmed
@Zii1993
@tezgm99 - Confirmed
@88GTA - Confirmed

Everyone else should take some time to run the qualifier in case we get enough entrants to fill the grid.

Grim will be posting an official KOQ TT sheet later. - Thanks Grim!

And @kendawg I assume you had trouble getting your insurance card since I do not see your M3;)

Sorry for the short version of the post race report this week. Some things have come up. I'll get the full race report up in a couple days

Again, great racing Sunday night guys. If you see any issues with the above info, please let me know. Thanks

The secret car testing committee was spotted last night making a beer run. Some of the cars had room for a keg and some did not. Although the keg-carrying capability of some of the cars tested did not sway our decisions, it did prove handy.

The candidates for season 2 will be announced immediately following race 4 at Suzuka. You will be given two car choices to vote on per drivetrain. Once the winning cars are revealed we will conduct another vote. For each of the winning cars, you will be given a small list of tracks to vote on. Once the votes are tallied, the combos will be complete.

As an example...

For the winning FF car you will be given a choice of 3 tracks. Choose the one you want to race on.
For the winning 4WD car you will given a choice of 3 tracks. Choose the one you want to race on.
Ditto for MR
Ditto for FR.

Looking forward to the CSL at Tokyo!
