Is subie similar to Evo where u have to short shift, I've been practicing more using manual.

I only ever use cockpit and the only time I use the minimap is when me and my buddy @go6 are drift racing (or in a car that has a map display in the interior)...and we still bump into each other on occasion. No minimap makes it exciting.

Make sure to use your mirrors. The real benefit of the map is not to see where you are going but to see when faster cars are gaining on you.
