since Im new, I have a question, it appears we have a rolling start in todays race. with GT300 getting a 4 lap headstart, what do the gt500's do? Pull over and let the gt300's run 4 laps? Where will the room number be posted?

@Wardez I do however have a question about start time. The OP states 1pm PST. The link shows 12pm PST / 3pm EST. I'm assuming the start time for me is actually 4pm EST.

Asked this Monday and got no response.

Also of the GT500 class is so small. Could the series not migrate into a GT300 only series or possible forced class switches via a lottery. Basically enter all the GT300 racers into a lottery. Top xx amount that are picked via lottery are moved to GT500.

This could be adverse as in some may quit. So don't like that idea if that result is possible.

Interesting idea with the lottery, but it wouldn't work I don't think. Unless I'm not thinking of it from the right angle. Will be good to have you back Jeff!

Check the qualifying results, divisional placement is posted there, we're doing three division, first two are multi-class, last division (3) is GT300 only. Anyone on the waiting list will go there.

What kept me from deciding so far is that I could not view the participant list on the PURE site. I just signed up for the BRZ because it was the cool new car. I wouldn't mind switching in the future and I think others might do the same. Its better to get volunteers before forcing anyone.

Oh, of course, as always, they can qualify as long as they made it into the room before deadline. We just can't have guys coming in after deadline and qualifying.

There's a mistake with coronelsitos time on the sheet it's 27.1 but it was posted that he did a 23.1, this moves him from division 2 to 3

Also, since we're only running 30 laps, I suggest a 3 lap head start (~6 sec/lap * 30 laps = 180 secs = 3 mins = 2.4 * 1:15 sec laps)
