Could we get the tracks for next week nailed down by the weekend.? Id like for everybody to have more opportunity to practice should they choose to.

As soon as HSAXET gets the results entered. I created a tab on the spreadsheet for Tuesday as well.

Alright, I'm going to leave the choices open this week since most everyone has picked recently. Just post the first thing that comes to mind, everyone gets only one choice. If you post more than one choice, all of your picks will be disregarded.

100cc karts this week ???

One would assume that the 100's are up for next week?
Recommend: Circuito de Ascari (haven't been there in a while)

Kart Practice open. Friends Only.

Well, I got zero tracktime this weekend. I'm sure I'm not alone, with the holiday and all. Hopefully we still have some close racing later :)

Lap times for races:
Ascari - 2:35 or so
Silverstone Intl - 1:23
Autumn Ring Mini - 0:40
High Speed Ring Rev - 1:41
If that helps
Who is Hosting?

Now that the long, busy holiday weekend is past hopefully we can get back to those big rooms we were enjoying earlier this year!

Just to throw something out there. Would anybody care to do a one-off endurance kart race?

Depends on the Degree of Endure ......... Max Endure? as in (100 laps of Sarthe - should take 2 days) or
Mini Endure, (with Fast Tire Wear & Fuel Consumption) to require a Pit Stop or 3?
Suspect it would be best on a Saturday afternoon/evening - rather than a week night.

I was thinking more along the lines of a "Grand Prix". Something under two hours. Jr or 100cc at one of the smaller road courses (Autumn Mini, Tsukuba, Stowe)

We used to do 1 hr races in the KRC. Usually 1 pit stop. 125 shifters. Would be interesting with the new endurance feature for the lobbies. Bathurst would be a good track. Silverstone GP maybe. Motegi east. SPA was always a fun enduro. When we raced 125 shifters in real life we ran 2 20 minute races each day. Something to look at.

So you'd be more interested in faster karts at big tracks than slower karts at small tracks? I like the slower/smaller scenario due to ease of control across all skill levels. That's just my opinion though.

I'm open to those too. I had an idea at one time of running 2 different classes on track together. 100's and 125's or 125's and shifters. You get the picture... As to when to run it... We could just rotate it in on Tuesdays. We generally run for about 2 hrs anyway.

spreadsheet is saying read only. won't let me in. so here we go again...

1. TEX-36 61
2. HSAXET 55
3. RacingChamp 52
4. Pask_Decob-17 42
5. DrkDglr 41
6. LessenJr 37
7. ZII1993 24

A la sports car racing. That could be fun and quite different as well. So the question would then be, how to qualify to determine which kart each driver would compete in?

Autumn Ring is also good for endurance race track for karts. I'll like to run it with 100cc or 125 cc. Something 1h to 1h 30 min. Tire&fuel consumption so that you have to do pitstop at least twice.

What's this? Taking a break from racing red ponies in faraway countries?

Suspect I would get dizzy trying to drive the Jr. on Autumn Ring Mini. 125s/Longer or Jrs/Shorter IMHO would be a better fit for most.
