Thanks everyone that came out! It was good fun as always, I think the macros gave me an idea for the next event, however, some Eiger up hill testing will need to take place. BTW, is doublepass one of us or was he a random? If so, I gotta commend his racecraft. Hopefully he will become a regular.

Wet tracks are very slick with CS indeed, I will experiment a bit with different tires to get a bit more traction. I like the rain as it opens up a lot more tracks to use. Even on CH, I feel that the grip to to lopsided on tarmac tracks. But the current tires are exactly opposite, and is a little to slippery.

Ahh, I thought the name seemed a bit familiar, I just wasn't completely sure.
Anyway, on a car note, lets have some suggestions on what you guys might like to drive.

I was looking at the smaller awd cars, like the Mira, vintage racers like the Macro, or Vintage luxury like the ... Tbc

Ok...

Kei cars (Ford Ka, Pao '89, Wagon R RR '98) - 280-330 PP, max HP of 65/PP 325

Axis & Allies - old, small cars from Italy/Germany/Japan, UK/France/USA (Germany / US are below or above the cars below)

1500 Biposto Bertone (305/77hp)
Sports 800 '65 (315/45)
Spitfire 1500 '74 (319/71)
S800 '66 (324/71)
Mini Cooper 1.3 (324/64)
A112 Abarth '79 (339/72)
117 Coupe '68 (342/118)

Axis & Allies, the later years
345-385 or even 395, (cap at 375 PP)
Before.. 1985, one of those countries above?

I'll be on later tonight to test some of these out. I want to run Kei cars, but, the Eiger up hills! Anyway, send me a FR before I get on if your not on my friends list and would like to join in on some "test and tune" and probably some other random shenanigans.

Sounds cool, roger dodger.

Looks like we are in just hunker down and hangout with family mode and watching Top Gear tonight.

Well, I'm just getting on now to test. Ended up passing out earlier than I had planned last night, sanding drywall mud sure does take the energy from ya.
I am liking the axis vs allies think to be sure. Having a looksy through the dealership right, will have a room open shortly until maybe 11

I think we settled on 1988 or earlier, 355 PP, 350 PP? - no tuning, can detune a few points if needed.

Gravel, snow, very wet tarmac.

Yes, except 89. 355 is the PP, Limiting power is allowed, and the max pp a car can be before detuning is 370. No bluebird rally car. Sorry about the delay. I think the drywall dust is starting to get to me...
Anywho. eatting now. I'll have a room open in about 45.

Crap, I guess my car now tech inspection up, it crashed while checking regulations. Headed back in now.
Nix that, looks like I'm out. The ps3 isn't reading the disc, and is making some awesome shuffling sounds, kinda like the old six disc changers. Double crap...

Man. Such as life I guess. The bad part is I dont have the time to take it apart and figure out what happened. I may not get to play again until may.

Ok, well, iRacing has me. Sorry guys, but as of now, this event is on a hiatus. If we ever get the track creator, community features and some of the game ruining bugs fixed, then I may get a digital copy. But after two flawless hours of practice with 20 people on track and 2 silky smooth, lag free, glorious races, I am hooked. And it is very easy to edit paint schemes! so much awesome in this game.

No, no. The ps3 died, computer is fine. Well, Minecraft may kill that. School took over pretty hard too. Unfortunately free time is still on a premium, so, as stated above, until the time PD fulfills our gt6 dreams and gets the track creator in the game, I don't foresee my getting back into the game for more than a drift or 2.
