◆ S.N.A.I.L. Stamina Series "Wednesday Night"

My vote goes for the untuned. Mainly because I don't want to spend the time to tune, test, tune, test.

Even though I can't shake the impression that Marcus flopped that last lap, and Kendawg pretty much gave me third, I probably shouldn't have finished better than 5th, apparently it works out better for me when I just jump in to a broke in car and drive.

I'm in the same boat as Dragonwhisky. I like the untuned cars better for the same reason.

As far as the lower pp cars we could always put the tire wear on fast.

Only reason I avoid the fast fuel and tire is it requires people to test fuel consumption prior to race. On normal you can trust the games suggestion.

For next we will go with the NSX Triplets (Arta, Raybrig, & Takata) at Le Mans. No tune. Racing Softs all race.
:)

How many laps are we looking at? I recall you having mentioned a potential longer race time for one of these upcoming events at some point in the past. And are we going to be at the 2009 or 2005 layout, and with or without chicanes and weather? You know I'm all about the particulars :)

Most all SNAIL events happen after 9pm EST.

I should have a link in the first post of this thread.

STAMINA ROOM OPEN!

I'll be there i'll start from the back. Had to go pickup my presricbtions. hopefully i'll make it before race time.. If I do i'll just start from the back..

Fun stuff, and had to really stay focused with my NSX's. I managed a 2 stopper and tires seemed pretty even. Could have done better but had a few incidents occurred. I caused a small one and allowed the driver to recover in front of me while I watched. Sorry to say but the reverse happen to me, but can't say any concession was given for it.

Over all, it is a cool event in SNAIL. This racing makes one think a bit about how the tires are and best time for a change.

X

LOL. My best time for tire changes is ruled by "drive it 'til I can't drive it no more, get some new shoes and drive it some more."

That is pretty much what I did as well.

For next week:

Indianapolis Road course (Laps ??)

Oh boy. Big Monster. It's funny that it puts down more power with less weight over the narrower drive wheels and still less drama than the Ford GT. I'm in.

What's the broke in HP and PP for this car? I coulda swore I've already used this during Sunday nights but I'm showing no mileage on it at all.

STAMINA ROOM OPEN!

Thanks for the reply OwensRacing, will keep you posted if I want to join, thanks again!

I'm showing mine at 564HP/613PP. But it seems I'm having some break in glitchiness, so my numbers may be unreliable.

Mine isn't broken in so I'm at 550hp and 609PP. After 200 miles I'm now at 564hp and 613PP also.
