Well that was fun until I got booted on the final lap. I forgot that you do a full lap AFTER the timer reaches 0. So I would have ran out of fuel anyway. Oh well. Sorry to any and all that I bumped or slowed down. I was not driving well tonight and the Nordschleife portion is a track that I hate with a passion. I'm pretty sure I literally only got one clean lap in for the whole night, between out laps and numerous crashes. It was good fun though!

I finished 5th Place. Nick finished 4th and Grimm finished 6th. I got a disconnected from lobby server message after the race was over.

SAFE! DCd on cool off lap please save replay. Tiger that was a race long strategy fight. But it seems I can't count. 
But I took softs and 30 liters and you took gas but I assume your sneakers were rather bald. I waited for you when I spun on the last lap...sorry if I chopped you on turn one and then slid across your nose. I apologize but it sure was fun. I might have had you down the hill but figured that discretion was the better part of valor.Lets do that again some time.

If I may make a suggestion for these longer races...
Can we have the both class leaders call caution at the designated caution positions? in tonight's race, I was second in class and was barley able to catch up to the field before we went green. For the guys towards the back, there was no break for them for the full two hours and the slower class was spread out and never grouped back up. Had Nick called caution for the slower class (as he was class leader) the rest of the class could catch up, make the pits, stretch etc and then be off and running. This would only need to be done on this track and LeMans. I for one would have loved to race the guys in class instead of hot lapping for 14 laps (2 hours). Thoughts?

I stuck it out but spent most of the race with no one around me. most boring 2 hrs of racing I have ever put myself through. never caught the leaders on caution.

Caution...we didn't get no friggin caution...just more quick motoring. Your idea is great would have led some more good racing.

That was an awesome battle. I wanted to get softs for the last lap but the box never came up so it just sent me right through the pits which left me with worn tires with almost no grip. There were a ton of times I thought you had me especially coming down the hill and coming out of the last turn. You certainly didn't make it easy for me.
And don't worry about the first turn. You didn't do anything wrong. That was just good, hard racing 👍

Same here. I think if each class had called caution separately, our class would have caught up curing the caution.

Amen to the hard racing
Hard to believe that we were like a slinky for two hours and finished less than 1/2 second apart.As to the first turn...I thought not so dam fast...my corner...like a German Shepard with a bone...and then I almost passed myself exiting stage right with screeching tires. Enjoyed it.
But...I wish I'd passed you LOL.

Weird Russ, i seen your name as not leaving until after the race was over but doesn't show you as finished on my screen and i think that happened to others showing JWalker as the winner. I don't get how PD made the game worse with 1.09

He won and then three names appeared on the standings at the bottom prior to the last four crossing the line...it was like the server decided to penalize them for using the wrong tires etc. But I was over 4 minutes behind and the worst penalty I have seen was in my first race when the pits would not give me softs and gave me 100 seconds.

So i am wondering if my 5th place finish counted or if i really placed less than 5th since it didn't show Adventuruss as the winner. I clear my cache all the time so i seen Adventuruss during qualifying and during the race, it was just at the end on my screen and just a couple others where it didn't show Russ as the winner but JWalker as the winner. I did see Adventuruss name leave after the race was over but then i got a disconnected from lobby message, i couldn't save the replay.
