Hey cmbeal does the car we use for the season have to be a racecar, there's alot of racecar endurance series out there and it would be cool to race a production car, u can even have several cars close in pp, example Honda s2000, rx8, 300zx, this is just and idea/ suggestion. Something like this might bring interest back into series.

We've always used race cars, but I don't see why we couldn't use a production car. To keep with regulations, we'll still run with RH tires. Still that does open up a lot of opportunities for cars to race. A couple I can think of right away are the Ferrari 458(458 Challenge), F430(430 Challenge), GT4 class cars(07 Mustang, E92 M3, Z4, Evora, 370Z), Maserati Gran Turismo Trophy, etc. In fact, maybe I'll pick something from those ideas for S22.

i think racing hards will be too grippy, usually we run it around sh, but sm would be gd compromise, I tried car with rh and felt weird. Maybe and idea is for slower cars we could use Sunday night spec tire regs

Ideally I'd like to keep a consistent tire regulation. However, I'll give it a shot tomorrow night and do some comparisons between compounds. :)

is there a race tonight? if not could we have a testing night with some of the above mentioned cars? maybe run 3 shorter races, 3 different cars?

That is one of my favorite cars! I hope to be in attendance this season and get back into one of the greatest enduro clubs of all time!

The season doesn't kick off until next week, so tonight would be free to do that.

How about 3 30 minute races with 5 min quali. for each?

As for combos:

Supra at Suzuka 2014

E92 M3 at Nurb. GP/F

458 at Spa

How does that sound?

that sounds like a good time. see you tonight.

I'll be honest I wasn't thrilled about the VGT car choice which is why I haven't raced this season. I think I might make it out tonight to try the new cars for season 22.

Tonight we are running a preseason test to try out road cars for SNAIL[Enduro] Racing. Each race will be 30 minutes in length, with a 5 min qualifying session before each race.

I'd like to return. I see that I'm still listed as a driver so i think all i need would be a invite to the club in gt6.
Thanks

Sent!

I haven't been on GT6 since they started the clubs thing so how do I join?

I've sent a club invite, make sure you accept that. Then when you open the communities section go to Clubs, then open the SNAIL[Enduro] Racing club. Click on Club Lobby, and that is where you'll find the room. :)

Go to community, clubs, search for clubs, go down to where you have to enter the 7 Digit number for the club. The number is 1002197. Their should be a join button to click on after you get to the page.
