Can the members of Snail Endurance please list a number of cars that i can pick for next season, i might even choose a car that is not on the list of cars that others pick. Thanks.

  • Mazda Roadster Touring Car
  • Lexus IS-F Touring Car (I suggest it because the last season we ran it was a wonderful season)
  • Nissan R32 Touring Car.
  • Elise Race Car '04 (Because nostalgia)

370z is always a great, realistic driving car for GT6

WSR Senna F3 car is nice too.

Red Bull Junior? Maybe Depends on where it'd go.

*Gran Turismo 350Z RS* I just tested this car after discovering it was premium and it is SO much better than the regular 350Z we used at Brands Hatch on Sunday night a few months back. Wonderful car, and sounds good too! SH tires are plenty. Brakes are somewhat realistic compared to a lot of cars in GT6 too.

I am leaning towards AJ's one pick of the Lexus IS-F Touring car '07 and also Connor's Gran Turismo 350Z, also the Nissan R32 Touring Car which also picked by AJ. Will do some testing and make my decision by tomorrow evening.

How do you guys feel about a new format? i had an idea of doing low boost with a caution at the hour mark. and then a final 15 minutes in the end as a dash. I know it takes the strategy out but it makes it a shorter race which may attract more people. I remember back in the day we needed two rooms for Saturday night now its barely anyone running at the finish. Back then we ran with boost on high so it evened out the division 1 guys with division 5 guys and it took strategy out but everyone felt like they had a chance to win which was true. Just an idea

I think it would be a change for the series to have low boost on and a caution at the 1 hour mark, restart at start-finish line, then the 2nd caution with 15 minutes left, sounds good. Up to @cmbeal317 how he would like the new season to run.

i remember one race we had boost on high at trial mountain and everyone was still together after 15 laps and it was so intense and great. just throwing ideas

I kinda like @THRASH's idea of running low boost. I'm a little confused on the revised cautions though.

This is how I'm interpreting it:

1hr. elapsed time - Leader calls caution and continues to the start line where the race resumes.
*Possible change - make leader do 1 full lap under caution(except on tracks like Sarthe and the 'Ring)*

15min. remaining - leader calls caution until everyone has caught up, then restarts after giving a restart time?

I was thinking Beal we could call caution with 20 minutes left, able to pit during caution and then restart with however much time is left but restart at start/finish line.

Thank you @AJHG1000 @ConnorWolf @dangerzone641 for your suggestions for car pick. I decided to pick a car from the Super GT category and it's a car we haven't tried yet in the Endurance series. I am picking the Honda NSX GT500 Base Model '08. After oil change, 571PP/498HP. Hope this is a good pick for the new season.

Great choice!

That sounds pretty good!

Now that I think of it, since we'll be running low boost which should keep us together, is there really a need to change the first caution period?

I was just thinking of something. With 2 cautions, we could start the first caution 56 minutes in and then the race would start with either 1 hour or a little under 1 hour left. Then for the 2nd caution, call caution at 25 minutes left and should start the race with between 22 to 20 minutes left. Able to pit under caution and restart at start/finish line.

I'd like to join. My details, pending acceptance:
- GTP/PSN ID: Wardenclyffe / Wardenclyffe

- Car/ Wheel Color: Maziora Trapezium (orange/yellow color-shift) / GT-Polarized 003-P (kind of a matte gold chrome)

- Racing Number: 42 (this appears to be available; if not, I can find another number)

Looking forward to seeing you all on the track Saturday night . . .
