◆ SNAIL [Pack] Racing - Boost Racing - Where the excitement never ends!

If you are already a snail you don't need a club invite just a FR from nail27 be sure your cars and rims are appropriatly painted and numbered when I signed up I noticed that was one of the requirements.... I should not have registered such horrible colors.
You do need a club invite because this series has it's own club.

Oh I had no idea it was a club seperate of snail...... Can someone please help me get my size 9 out of my mouth? @McTrucker I think we use sport hard tires. Good to see you again since I moved to D8.

Oh, I've gotten in 15 minutes before the flag drops. As long as Ned checks, he'll get you in. I think there will be a big turn out tonight. Usually is when we don't race on Sunday night.

The official start time of qualifying, on post #1, is 9:30 pm EST. Did you guys decide to start an hour earlier from now on? I plan on joining tonight and want to make sure I show up at the right time.
we are trying to start 15 minutes early. Remember no practice....tracks this week up to RACER.

EDIT: CLEAR CACHE before entering club EVERY TIME.

Hey why not....lets go endurance racing the 'Ring. Plain ole Nordschliefe....then La Sarthe 2005.

Racer what say you to two 35 minute races and then a bonus one for the Subaru BRZ...stock with oil change...stock tires. I want to test this for future use...no time like the present. Racer you can pick the track for the BRZ.

Ok, cool beans. I know the senior citizen was pushing for earlier nights .

Personally, the 9:30 EST time works best for me because I have to get a little one to bed before I can play. But I understand what's best for the group is what takes precedent.

Nice new avatar Ned! 👍

McLaren Honda may run in McLaren Orange or the 70's Marlboro paint scheme in F1. I am, shall we say, a McLaren Fan. One of Bruce's original helmets from F1 and Can Am 1968.

It's an open lobby tonight @ParkerMO125, I've been away for a few weeks, but I think we're still friends on PSN so if all else fails you should be able to join from the club thingy. See y'all there!

I am having fun because I love the NA roadster, mx5, miata what ever you want to call it but can we use a 95-97 model it's got the 1.8L motor and the best gear ratio of all the NA roadsters.

Nope....this one handles better....

Thanks everyone for the kind hospitality, and especially @Nail-27 for accommodating my very, very late request to get in on the action as a one-off. I dropped out of the second race because someone indicated I was lagging. This is not normal for me; I have a slightly smarter than the average bear connection. I just ran a Speedtest.net query to Seattle (opposite side of the country from me) which indicated a 30 dl / 6 ul with a 94 ms ping. That should be stout enough to race in a full room assuming your servers are set up correctly, which is unfortunately not the case for GT6 (though I do believe it is generally good).

Unfortunately my schedule is such that I cannot be a regular participant but the 4/5's of the race I did run was fun. Hope you guys enjoy the rest of tonight's races . . .

Enjoyed the night. I like those "Countryside Runs".
I talked a few times but no one responded - must not have heard me.
Thanks for the night and hearing the good natured laughter. Much better than what I have heard lately around the tracks.
Look forward to next week, as always.

My apologies for disconnecting. I was chasing down @ConnorWolf on the final lap, then kablooey... DC'd Ah well, how'd the BRZed's go?

The BRZ at Sierra was a hoot...harder to drive and more difficult to anticipate boost when in the back...but fun and lots faster but as someone mentioned not really on for beginners.

It was not your connection it was cache. After that race was over I cleared my cache ( which I had done before the race) andit took over 15 sec for it to clear. If you are slightly lagging its not like Sundays..you can stay as long as you clear cache between races. Come on back when you get a chance...
