◆ SNAIL [Pack] Racing - Boost Racing - Where the excitement never ends!

My GT6 has been freezing when watching replay lately. It's already loud as a jet most of the time so I'm glad it's not getting worse fast. I plan on getting a new PS3 before getting a PS4 or better wheel or dedicated wheel rig.

My PS3 freezes all the time watching replays, very frustrating, the sound continues but the display just freezes.
Can't wait for the action.

I may or may not make it tonight .......... preparing for an endurance race this weekend on the Nurburgring-V.

Had a lot of fun tonight, and lately seems to be the highlight of my GT fix for the week. Racing on Sunday's in Div 1 is hard right now for me during the summer, with the amount of practice needed to be competitive, so it's nice to be able to jump into a room with the rest of you guys and just have fun. Great idea to keep the track decision till that night, adds a little bit of suspense to the evening.

Hi @Nail-27 - a couple weeks ago you mentioned a few "other" cars you were cycling through. I think one was the BRZ, the other was the Clio but i cant remember the 3rd. I may be able to break away and hang tonight and want to be sure i have the right vehicles as needed.

Thanks!

To Race Control: A Suggestion

Make a firm decision about cars/tracks/order of races and announce the decision once we arrive for the night's events.
Perhaps leave the announcement of the Next Race and Car until a race is completed. There will always be the negative comments - no matter the decision. Just Decide and Do.

IMHO there is too much "well, what do you guys want?" going on. It really doesn't matter what track or car we drive - the enjoyment is in the Close Proximity Racing over an extended period of time. (instead of our Sunday night 10-min Trophy Dashes) The best part of Monday Pack Racing is "getting back into the action". Many drivers experience the enjoyment of being 14 min behind the leader ....... and cleanly working their way through the pack to the front.

Just a suggestion ....... and I'm sure there will be Nay-sayers, there always are. No matter.

Like most things TEX says, we are in agreement. There should be no "what do you guys want" being asked. I thought it was to go like this from now on:

Tracks from now on will NOT be announced prior to your actually arriving there.

One track will be an active Snail Sunday Track
One track will be an active GTP_WRS track (they overlap two every week)
One track will be an active GTP_ES track (the Endurance boys often race two per weekend but not all ways)

Then last night it became "let's race the same track in reverse" and I wanted to know what was going on because I care about rules, structure, and order. Sorry to be a downer but you can't just say one thing will be how it is "from now on" and then ignore that the next week. What are we doing? Put it in writing. Make it official.
