And where else can you go barreling down the straight at 200 mph, reach over , take a sip of beer and slam the brakes to take the turn....
Agreed! This is why it's important for prize winners to pick the tracks with a long straight or 2!

Pub, what years were you racing a TZ, and where? I traveled to the US to race periodically in the 80's with my CanAm, (Loudon, Mid Ohio, Gratton, Road America, Robling Roads, Daytona), ya never know, it's a small world sometimes!

The sim racing is generally safer, I did consume to much whiskey one night however, and promptly got my legs tangled up getting out of my seat and drove my knee into the concrete floor, if only I'd been wearing my knee sliders, lol.

The number of picks that each finalist earned is based on the number of GranStand points they earned. The winning number will be determined by the fastest lap set during the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on November 29th:

Simply put, the very last two digits of the fastest lap during the race will be the winning number and the finalist who picked the same number will be declared the winner. For example, if the if the fastest lap during the race is 1:44:496, then the finalist who picked 96 would be the winner.

All finalists will be receiving a PM from me tomorrow morning. It will include detailed instructions as well as the terms and conditions for participating in the contest. You will be required to post your picks here on this thread, but don't do anything until you read my PM first.

Good luck to all of you!!
