Just for gee whiz. Yeah, been a slow day at work. Fiddled with numbers.

that would be fantastic I can't see anyone not liking the idea. can you modify the podium further ? like add div 1 or 2 etc at the bottom middle? I guess it wouldn't matter as it looks like you have it in the top right corner which is more then enough. its a really cool idea blix...I hope we all agree to use it.

where would I find it in excel? or would you have to make it available to everyone? is it DLC

It's an Excel spreadsheet I made... if you can copy and paste then you can use it :)
I'll make a couple minor adjustments so that it will automatically pick up the division and month.

Anyone that's interested in using it PM me with your email address and I'll send it to you with the instructions.

Since it seems you need something to do while at work. How about more details on top 3 days of posts listed above. 250-299 x 2 and 300+. When were they? Topic of interest?

291 on January 5th 2014
302 on January 9th 2014
255 on May 20th 2014

That took all of 30 seconds.

Haven't been on to post this but was looking back at old posts of mine and saw the day I joined.
December 23, 2013 back when @Skills was still doing welcome posts and it was on page 1400!!!
Cannot believe I have been here for almost two years with an excellent group thank you for the time you guys put into this series to make it the league it is.
Also will put this here too thanks @TEX36:)
Always welcome Jake - one of our League members will be along to give you the Official Welcome. In the meantime, go to the first page. Look forward to seeing you on the Tracks.

R1 / R2 sunday Jan 3rd 2016

This is what .008 thousands of a sec apart looks like at 150+mph!!

note* car closest to camera driven by wolfstatz.
car furthest from camera driven by lllTrick

I needed another 2 meters I think lol. Like the greatest racer that ever lived said however... " if your not first, your last!"

The round that received the most elimination votes was:
Round 3 - Amuse S2000 GT1 Turbo (Racing: Hard) at Côte d’Azur (7 laps)
Therefore the entire combo has been dropped from next week's line-up. Since @Rob Brown wins Prize A, he gets to choose an entirely new car and track combo to replace it.

The round that received the second most elimination votes was:
Round 1 - Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione '08 (Sports: Soft) at Indianapolis Road Course (7 laps)
This means either the car or the track will be replaced for next week's line-up. Since @turnupdaheat gets Prize B, he has the option to freeze the car or the track, or he can give that option to the Prize C winner. If he gives the freeze away, then he gets to decide what car or track replaces the part of the combo that is left unfrozen by the Prize C winner.

Prize C goes to @Whitey093 so he gets whichever option the Prize B winner does not select.

Preliminary prize winners, please don't announce your prize selection until all incident reports have been filed and it has been confirmed that you don't have any penalties. It's also recommended that you review the SNAIL combo history and other data on our car and track history so that you can get an idea how many times we've raced each car and track. Please remember that originality is always appreciated, so picking cars and tracks that we've never raced is a plus (but not required). What's more important is that you thoroughly test any combo that you are considering before making it your official selection. For example, any car you select should not hit its rev limiter at any point during a race (even in the draft).

IMPORTANT: When posting your Prize A or Prize B selection, please list the complete in-game name of the car and/or track you are selecting. For example, if you want to select the Amuse Superlegara for your car, post "Amuse Nismo 380 RS Superlagara". If you want to select Monza for a track, post "Autodromo Nazionale Monza". This makes it much easier for the lineup to be updated accurately and also prevents confusing other league members as to which car or track you are selecting. Also, please be sure to list the PP and HP (after oil change) of any car you select.

Car Selection Guidelines
Dealership Cars - The maximum price for a selected car is now $1,000,000
DLC Cars - Only DLC cars that are FREE and currently still available in the PlayStation Store can be selected.

Track Selection Guidelines
Any non-DLC track can be selected as long as a single lap with the car combo'd with it would not take more than five minutes to complete. For example, don't select anything that includes the Nurburgring's Nordschleife.

Hey, just a heads up to people who may not check this stuff often, but the current seasonal events have pretty huge payouts. With the 5-day 200% login bonus, a gold medal will net you 6.6 million each...plus a prize car.

Thus do 3 of them and you can have enough to buy a $20million car like the Ferrari 330 (hint hint) or you can just save it to cover many weeks of new cars for SNAIL racing.

While the time-trials on Sierra and Nurburgring are mind-numbingly frustrating, the others are not too bad. The 2 A-Spec races and 2 drift trials pay out the same and are much easier. (The A-Spec race payout is listing incorrectly...normally they pay less and are repeatable, but mine paid out as if it was a time trial and was not repeatable...instead of 1.8 million (900K x2), I got the 6 million...crazy. Good ole PD programming!)

This Month's Special Event(s) are LIVE!

This month we had a poll to determine the car to take to the Nordschleife...and results were very close.
13 Votes for the Ferrari 458 Italia
12 Votes for the Ferrari 330 P4 '67
9 votes for the Ford GT '05
(I guess SNAILs love Ferrari)

Not wanting to disappoint, I have created TWO Special events for the month.

#1. Ferrari 458 Italia on the Nurburgring Nordschleife (9 min)
#2. Ferrari 330 P4 '67 on the Nurburgring 24H (11 min)

Obviously, #2 is there for those who have the car already, or the $20 million to buy it. For those without the cash, the New Year Seasonal events are still open and have great payouts. A great opportunity for those who want to run a car that SNAIL will never allow on a Sunday night...while keeping a more accessible option open for the club at large.

(Note TT time has been shortened from the traditional 12 minutes so that you don't have to sit as long waiting for it to end. I used my first run time without practice, and added 1 minute rounding up - which should be enough time for almost everyone - since I am still absolute rubbish with my new wheel.)

Good luck and have fun!

Hi guys, I'm new here. I met TheFilapino last night and told me about this website. I'm interested in joining. How do I register for tonight? Can't find the link. I'd like to try this out. I get frustrated with dirty drivers.

If you're interested in Tuesday night racing, it takes place on Project Cars and you can find that thread here. This is the main SNAIL thread and your would express your interest in Sunday night spec racing on GT6 in this thread.
