More suprises zer0? :)

Who doesn't like surprises? :sly:

But in all seriousness, there will be a couple of big announcements in the next few days. :D

If its top of the page post your are waiting for...let me help move it along:D

Actually, I'm waiting for this week's stewards report, but I appreciate the gesture! (especially considering how rarely you make posts!)

Probably been said before, but he cut the chicane :grumpy:

Everyone at the top of the leaderboard cut the chicken because PD didn't set up a penalty there and SNAIL stewards didn't review the replays that week. Touching any wall however was an immediate red lap.

G27 drivers... just trying a few laps my wrist actually hurts now... experienced this last time with the F07; there are 2 places where you have to turn the wheel so much in order for the car to turn.

Any tips on this one?

The suspense is killing me...:nervous:

Just picked up a G27 and would love to clamp it to a stand...💡

The track surface was weird last week... I hit plenty of invisible bumps and the grip was random. I was 2sec off pace with a good qualifying lap (last combo). Anyone else had these glitches?

The bigger problem is getting caught up in someone else's accident at speed, or worse yet, making a mistake and taking out half the field.

Was practicing f1s on a city course yesterday and took out all 6 other drivers LOL. should have saved the replay, 'twas epic

Thanks for the offer! Please send them to the highest SNAIL_DivisionX account you have on your friends list (then post what you've sent). Thanks again! :)

Alright! I will do it later tonight! Most likely will be D3

No, I will do it sometime tomorrow... today.... I dont know... at some point on 4 July 2013

Attention S.N.A.I.L.S

I want to share with everyone a great event that will be happening on July 20th in Harrisburg, PA. There is going to be what will go down as the best event I've ever been too, and I imagine you won't see a lineup quite like this again. If any of the local S.N.A.I.L.s would like to get together this would be a great place to meet up!

To any available stewards

Please visit the stewards forums and review as requested there.

Thank you.

Crazy! Last week in practice session. I ran 1:19's in qualifying with the Integra. During the race clicked off three 1:24 and said no thanks. I bailed the room. Reset modem and router. Returned and had no more issues.

Servers are really being wacky as of late. Expect it to continue through out GTA.

Wife went out just in time for me to make the last race. The chicken is difficult without practice. Cut it by accident the first few laps but my fastest lap was without.

Beal, I Live About 20 Min From Harrisburg. Let's Meet up.

Same here, since they're meeting up on City Island and being escorted over to State Street, I plan on finding a spot somewhere on the bridge from City Island to Harrisburg.

This is a video from last year, I'll find a spot somewhere along there. Then it's just a short walk to State Street. They'll start moving the cars around noon, and I'll be there a little before that.

There ya to zer0! Tell us your special announcement :D

sometimes it seems you guys wanna drive the same car every week at the same track. i like to challenge myself as a driver. learn more and adjust to cars requiring different driving styles. i think if you have a problem win some races and then make your choice. i have never criticized a drivers selection because thats their reward.

Ditto what Dragon said.. Thanks to the stewards who worked on this week's complaints. Your efforts don't go unnoticed and the entire league owes you guys a debt of gratitude.

Also huge props to dragon on his first week as chief steward. It's no easy task, but he stepped up to the plate and a delivered in a big way. 👍

All that being said, the results post has been updated with the stewards' findings.

Sorry for the tease, but we're still working on getting the results of the GranStand Challenge finalized. I'll make an announcement later today on who "made the cut" and has qualified for a chance to win this EPIC prize. One word of advice to those of you in the running.. Stay tuned to the thread today and watch for a PM from me as well. Depending on how superstitious you are, you may want to react quickly to the announcement on how we're going to determine the winner. (here's a hint :))

Wow!
If that where here in L.A. It would look much different.
1) the bridge would be so full of people
2) there would be cops everywhere
3) there would be cones up
4) the cars wouldn't get over 15 mph

Your very lucky!!

Here's the deal SoCal, you can challenge YOURSELF with any combo you want on your own time. You can be as self serving as you want. Go ahead and indulge yourself to your hearts content.

I feel, that as a member of a group of over 60 drivers, it is your duty to test and choose a combo that will be fun and rewarding for the most people on any given night.

It is your RIGHT and reward to choose whatever you want and kudos for that. But you should consider it your duty to choose something the masses will enjoy, not yourself...as you can drive self serving combos any time you want.

There are definitely some people here who do not go by the mantra "The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few, or the one".

The above is obviously my own opinion, for better or worse.

Well Said Joe...

A lot of frustration last night in the Red Room. Several drivers dropped out in the first Monaco race. Several more left before the second race began. Winning there will be more about avoiding the pileups and being cautious. Speed and low lap times will not win those races - only defensive driving.
IMO

I imagine D1 will be even worse. With no ghosting, a single crash or spin will hold up the entire field and likely cause a pretty big incident.

Have fun Ken :)
