Road trip to Canada....shotgun!
What would happen if we all show up at the same time? Post a funny pic. I'm thinking something like this.

Gutierrez is about to take out the ENTIRE field in his motorhome!

Unfortunately, the Canadian Grand Prix is on the opposite coast that @RobbiefromBC and I are on, but that didn't stop my last season :D

A little bird (Long time family friend & F1 race steward) told me at the end of last season that we may be getting Formula E in Vancouver soon... With the sounds F1 has now, Silence might be better

Agreed. I've not heard the 6cyls in person but they sound horribly blah on t.v. I went to Austin in 2012, the V-8 were fabulous. Painful but fabulous.

Damn iRacing guys... "This isn't Gran Turismo or Forza, you're not allowed to drive like that in iRacing"

The thing is, there are still plenty of guys that drive like that in iracing. They just have a seriously flawed incident scoring system to try and police it.

Disclaimer: I haven't tried iracing in a little over three years so things may have changed since then. If they haven't completely overhauled their safety rating system in that time, it is still flawed.

When you think about how wide our roads are around Vancouver, and the routes used for Indy back when it was here, they'd need a new layout. Formula E would be welcome here because the biggest complaint about bringing racing back to Vancouver is the noise. I'd love to see some racing come back though.

I can't vouch for the V8s or anything other than the V6, but when I saw them in Montreal the V6 sounded great, but the volume wasn't there. The tone and turbo is great but it could be a bit louder. The Masters Grand Prix was great for noise! Classic F1 cars from the 70s and 80s, and you could hear them from a long ways away. I sat at about row 5 on the grid for race day, and you could barely hear the engines when they were flat out just hitting the braking zone at the final chicane.

It was a fun night in D3. Different drivetrains and types of cars (and tracks) made for a nice variety for the night. We had a couple of drivers new to D3 and I hope they had as much fun as I did. Congrats to @Ph1sher for the unofficial win in his first night in D3 with 1x pole, 5x fast laps, and 2x wins. @pakicote followed with 1x pole and 2x wins, then @serge19 with 1x win. Looking forward to next week!

Thanks to @nmcp1 for the nice layout!

I'm still amazed at how many drivers we have over the age of 40. And to think we might not have had all this data if I never asked people their age!

Here's the current age numbers for SNAIL. Click the table above for more information. Click this link to add or edit your data.

You always know @Dragonwhisky & @zer05ive are hunting for a place to stick the results post when you see this. .

...and I just added to the 40+ tally.
