@dgaf95integra
Congrats for your overall win my friend. I want to thank you for the tips for the Toyota combo. I managed to start 6th and win one of the races passing and beating fast beasts like Capecod, Sand and Bowler.

Thanks bud, your welcome anytime I can help I'm more then willing to share some pointers. 2015 will be my last time i give gt academy a go and if it doesn't pan out this year I'll be moving on to other avenues of sim racing

I have a feeling I will find you in some i-racing track out there :D

I've already spent probley lil over 15hours on Iracing at virtual gt simulations and the only reason I haven't switched is so I can stick to gran Turismo for gt academy if there was no gt academy id be Iracing already :P but I have to give props to gran Turismo for getting me in to sim racing

Seriously, I don't quite understand how some of the people I know gets into this perspective of "as soon I start i-racing or project cars, granturismo is dead!"
For me, despite all the flaws, GT is unreplaceble due to his uniqueness.
GT is more of a street race flavour game that offers a thousand more cars to play around than competition. Both i-racing and project cars have way less than 100 car options so for me, the worst thing that could happen to granturismo would be not being my favorite Sim anymore but always a good Sim to come back and to battle good old friends.

Yeah you make a good point but the reason I'll leave gt behind and then only Iracing so I can become the best at one thing is Easyer then being good a 2 differnt games

When a person has talent, talent comes out in everything that person does.
Sebastian Loeb left the rallye cars for the WTCC and keeps winning.
You have talent.

He also came back to the Monte Carlo Rally a few weeks back and won the first stage. Not bad for a year hiatus in WTCC.

Edit: Loeb was also in a car that proved to be so much better than the competition in WTCC. I think that also helped :P

On the topic of rally... Once I get my full licence I'd love to do a local rally! It's been in the works for a bit with my dad, but possibly on a different occasion I could devote a car for a SNAIL exclusive driver lineup. That'd be pretty sweet, sliding through the forest eh @Falango?

This picture got me thinking and the idea is totally out of left field. I wonder if you could do some sort of syncronized "Joie Chitwood Daredevils" thing in GT6. Imagine 5 identical cars doing jumps and close maneuvers... Might be tough with no constant side view... I would love to see the playback though! Funny!

Two words, Big Air...A bunch of us get together with any planning and try silly things like this. Contact @DCschwinn, he has a little something that's been in the "works" for some time now. Something to do with a slow speed 360 or something.

You just need commitment from a bunch of people to practice. There is a virtual Blue Angel team in FSX and XPlane. They have a bunch of Youtube vids. Very cool.

That would be awesome :D
I've never really known rally as being too popular here. I know of some hillclimbs that are up in the Interior, but all we could do here is either a Tarmac rally, or a car demolishing Forest Service Road, and they aren't too exciting in terms of driving. FSRs here are typically long straights then switchbacks.

Scandanavian flicks man! I've always wanted to blast up Knox Mountain in a vee, but that's a different story. I heard about some rally near Merrit the CRC runs, (Canadian Rally Championshi) which I think you can run as a one off event.
