Had great fun at the trackday yesterday. There were quite a few fully track prepared cars along with out and out race cars on track so my little standard Clio was a little bit out of its depth pace wise at times but it was still a bundle of fun the driving standards and courtesy were top notch.
The Clio was MR for the next generation but I want to say that one is FF.I know there is a "like" button - where is the "Love it!" button? I like the look of the track layout as well.
Great looking track - I really liked the turn signal use for giving a pass, and what looks like asking for a pass? Or is it indicating you ARE going to pass the car? Either way - very civilized.
The Clio is MR isn't it? I wish there were more MR hatch style cars here in the states.

Getting the new family hauler tomorrow - I likee!
2015, The basic 4 door S model with the Performance Package (Mechanical slip diff, a couple of extra ponies).
I'll get the APR Stage 1 ECU work done in a week or two after some track days in the prettier, older, and more beloved non-family hauler.
Now I have to figure out what small mods I want to make - sway bars, and a few others - just for the sake of hauling around... kids, groceries, or even 'hauling' around the occasional wet track or autocross course...
I was really wrestling with the new 4 door 'hardtop' Cooper S, but the VW won me over, although it was closer than I expected. Both are pretty fun little cars.

Nice. I wouldnt push the 1.8 to hard.. Shocks/Struts/Springs, and sway bars will do more than what just power will do..
2.0 liter turbo with 220 hp before ECU tuning.
I am more focused on the handling than power, I really have learned about that. The basic ECU remap is really a good idea - much more hp, and better mileage. Win-win. I need to become better edumacated on what other minor things I need to do for handling.
The deal maker / breaker was turning off as many 'nannies' as I could, then see what the car was like.
VW salesman was cool, only panic-grabbed the handholds twice. Didn't curse or cry.
Mini salesman was... More like these guys... (Very nice, great overall, but I think I surprised him)

Only the V6 Clios were MR. They are very noticeable as they have wider wheel arches that I think widen the overall car by more than 8 inches! The one he has is like the 172 in GT6 but a lesser model from what I can tell. The Clio is MR isn't it? I wish there were more MR hatch style cars here in the states.

The caddy needs to go! The gt500 can go away. I don't care for pushy cars and the McLeran he he he she's just a joy but it's a very hard track to pass!

Ah, that's better. And it's in a Batman glass because Batman
Was racing a dude from here earlier - PSN handle went by the name of 'jared_93', cannot for the life of me remember his GTP name though. Were lapping S2000s at Tsukuba where he edged my 1:06.390 with a 1:06.349, was internally screaming at that point.
He also suggested me to join here - I'm sort of tempted as I have a clean, competitive nature, and I'm intrigued to see how I'd stack up. I'm 15 but I've been told I'm fast, but I have no idea if I should believe them or not. Only thing that worries me are the commitments - I have an odd timezone compared to the US (GMT +12), and me having school, I have no idea what sort of times I'd be setting myself up for. I'm definitely interested, even if I will probably get destroyed.
We start our Sunday night racing at 9:30PM EST which I believe would be 1:30PM Monday afternoon for you. Does that time work for you?
