It would appear that a refresher is needed.

Sunday Night Race Host and Driver Responsibilities

All Sunday Night Lobbies Will be Club Only Rooms

All drivers must be a member of the SNAIL_SpecRacing club

What the host should do:

1. Between 9 and 9:15 pm Eastern time the host should open a club only room from the club page for the night's racing. This room should be set to the first track from the time it is opened. The host should not allow hot lapping or practice before the start of the race night.

Hosts are free to start the night's racing at the scheduled time. The score sheets are not created for this week. Please record scores and votes and someone will create the sheets ASAP. Hopefully that can be done tonight after racing. If you are not going to be able to enter scores by 8 ET tomorrow, send me the results and I will enter them for you once the sheets are built.

So we know you have PCars and are watching our WRRC forum, how come with all of @Mike Lobban 's poking we haven't seen you on track with us yet???
Me and Lobban are getting tired of abusing each other and need some fresh meat!
Steve, you make it too easy sometimes. Define abuse, please. After seeing that poster, how could I not want to be abused by you. I dare you to post it on here. C'mon.
More excuses from the DesertChicken. Maybe PCars is just too much of a challenge. I qualify like s... too, I start most races near the back but rarely finish back there. It's not the wheel my fine feathered friend, it's the driver. PCars is all about throttle control, learn that and you might have a chance. Just try a race, we won't give you a hard time......honest. And if you believe that, I have some waterfront swamp land for sale in Jersey. Right in the sludge zone. Bewwwwwk bwk bwk bwk.

Can I get access to scorekeeping we have no one here to take it

I granted access, but it won't help, as @JLBowler stated.

@msgt-sd can you either take care of this or point me in the direction of the button that creates score sheets?

I'm working on it. I think I can figure it out.

EDIT:

I think I know the steps, but apparently, I don't have access to all the docs necessary to run the scripts.

I found the instructions but I too, don't think I have access to the correct sheets. Let me take another look. I just quit racing for the night.

The score sheets have been created and can be used, I hope. I got some type of error message when pushing one of the buttons but I was able to get around it and make google create sheets in the right place. I will be checking data in those sheets like HP, PP, tires, and other stuff that may not be correct at this moment.

Go ahead and enter scores as usual during racing tonight.

@CoachMK21 Where exactly do I go, I cant find it. Is in in google drive?

It's in google drive. It's called SNAIL Sunday Scoring or something very similar. You may have to accept access via email before it will show up. I haven't been granted access to anything recently to be familiar with how the process works from that side. If you can't get it to work for you, just send me the finishing positions and pole winners and times and I will enter it for you.

I have kept quiet through this whole ordeal going on with the people of Fort Murray and our dear friend @Rednose58 . I had no words other than those already expressed by fellow snailiens to help your cause. I had already told mama mango we should donate something, only to come on here and see others doing the same thing. So Mango Familia have put theirs in to help the cause. We pass the challenge on.
PS @Rednose58 : My kids said they will say their prayers for you and your family and hope you tell them all about it from your perspective when you are back and safe with us.:bowdown::odd::odd::grumpy::grumpy::mad::mad:

I just donated a few dollars for the Red Cross, hope it helps. Take care, my best wishes from here.

@Rednose58

Thank you very much for your support and donations to the Red Cross Alberta. We have met with unbelievable generosity in this last few days and it is most humbling.

I'm now working from my company's office in Calgary and we are planning the "To Do" list for returning to work at the project site.

We don't know yet when we can return to Fort McMurray to assess the damage (probably smoke, maybe water). The power was cut in most of the city, so the fridges and freezers need to go. Some friends and co-workers lost everything and they will rebuild completely or relocate.

The big heroes in this event are the firefighters, police and other community services people who was "in the line of fire" all the time. They are amazing people who risk themselves to save the city and property or pets of people. Everybody that has ever been close to or experienced a disaster will understand what this means when the rescue workers starts to do their thing and how much they sacrifice themselves to help other people.

Hug a rescue worker today!

I wasn't getting messages from the RoC thread or I would have done my usual spamming of this thread to remind everyone. Even the @TBongX didn't show up for it!

O SNAP! I was a reserve and 100% forgot about the Race of Champions this past Friday. My apologies. I was on the phone speaking with a woman and forgot. MY BAD! I normally write the ROC on my calendar when I'm racing in it, but never wrote the reminder on my calendar. Please, for now on if I can get alerts/reminders about races sent to my e-mail TLCronk@hotmail.com that would be awesome. I check that everyday. I don't check the Snail message board everyday. Thanks in Advance.

The round that received the most elimination votes was:
Round 3 - Nissan Zytek Z11SN Greaves Motorsport '13 (Racing: Medium) at Red Bull Ring (11 laps)
Therefore the entire combo has been dropped from next week's line-up. Since @Rpm1990 wins Prize A, he gets to choose an entirely new car and track combo to replace it.

The round that received the second most elimination votes was:
Round 1 - Ford RS200 '84 (Sports: Hard) at Red Bull Ring (6 laps)
This means either the car or the track will be replaced for next week's line-up. Since @Drewspeed gets Prize B, he has the option to freeze the car or the track, or he can give that option to the Prize C winner. If he gives the freeze away, then he gets to decide what car or track replaces the part of the combo that is left unfrozen by the Prize C winner.

Prize C goes to @MSgtGunny so he gets whichever option the Prize B winner does not select.

Preliminary prize winners, please don't announce your prize selection until all incident reports have been filed and it has been confirmed that you don't have any penalties. It's also recommended that you review the SNAIL combo history and other data on our car and track history so that you can get an idea how many times we've raced each car and track. Please remember that originality is always appreciated, so picking cars and tracks that we've never raced is a plus (but not required). What's more important is that you thoroughly test any combo that you are considering before making it your official selection. For example, any car you select should not hit its rev limiter at any point during a race (even in the draft).

IMPORTANT: When posting your Prize A or Prize B selection, please list the complete in-game name of the car and/or track you are selecting. For example, if you want to select the Amuse Superlegara for your car, post "Amuse Nismo 380 RS Superlagara". If you want to select Monza for a track, post "Autodromo Nazionale Monza". This makes it much easier for the lineup to be updated accurately and also prevents confusing other league members as to which car or track you are selecting. Also, please be sure to list the PP and HP (after oil change) of any car you select.
