It wasn't as much a financing issue as it was me being lazy. I always buy a hard copy, so usually I just walk in sometime during the week afterward.
As I think about it, I've only bought perhaps 7 games in total between the PS3 and 4; and only two on or the day after release. This will be three.

It launches at midnight. As this is a massively online intensive game, most content won't be available until it's servers are online. You will still have access to offline content like time trials and quick races vs AI...(be careful these AI's are not like the ones Dad raced against.) Even career mode , which is really like the old licence mode, isn't available offline at this time.

I also believe in second chances and fresh starts and there have been several examples of that here in SNAIL. Just off the top of my head, we unbanned @thorracing and gave him a second chance and I'd have to say @Ph1sher, who you know very well, was given what I would call a textbook definition of a "fresh start". However, in both examples, the members mentioned showed true remorse for their mistakes and a determination to make things right. I can still remember all the heartfelt PM's that @thorracing sent to me (as well others Snails) asking for another opportunity. As for @Ph1sher, he was just a kid who was manipulated by someone and had his head filled with hatred towards SNAIL. So much hate in fact that he ended up sending me a nastygram to tell me exactly how he felt. I in turn posted it on this thread and, at least for a while, he was SNAIL public enemy #1. However, not only did he own up to his mistake, he set out on a mission of redemption. He posted a sincere apology and has shown nothing but class and respect ever since. Keep in mind that he's still a teenager, yet he now acts with more maturity than many full grown "adults".
Now let's compare those two examples with the likes of @Dr_Strange. Even if you put all that arguing from a while back aside, he decides to return to our forum two years later and still can't help but take unprovoked cheap shots at people and sarcastically blasts others as "classy" because he didn't like one of their posts. Simply put, he comes across as a keyboard gangster just looking to pick fights with others. Just look at his incredibly small post count and consider how many people he's gotten into arguments with in just a very limited number of posts. How is that even possible?? And does he show any remorse for any of his BS from the past? Absolutely not. After admitting that he was talking out of his backside and making up things just to argue with me, it's as if I've somehow inconvenienced him by bringing it up because he just wants to "have some fun" and "enjoy himself". So again, I'm all for second chances and fresh starts when deserved, but nothing he's exhibited as far as I can tell indicates to me that he's deserving of either. Please let me know if you disagree (and cite examples why) and I will be gladly consider what you or anyone else has to say about it. 👍

I apologize if i came across wrong. Not trying to stir the pot or challenge the board. I am just personally using sport as a chance to start fresh and was suggesting we all consider that option as well. I can tell there is some bad blood that will continue between many people in this community, some of which i am at least vaguely aware of but most of which i have zero reference to. I have mostly avoided the politics of snail and intend to keep it that way going forward.

I for one am all for a new beginning. I don't know this dr strange person at all. Ph1ster is a name I've seen, but I don't know that I battled with him on the track in GT1. DP (Penguin) could use a wipe the sleight as well. Its a new console, a new game, and a new era in my opinion. If they want to bang fenders with us, let them. IF they choose to be dirty and warrant getting the boot again, then so be it. Chatva was let back in after his rantings and drunken ravings so why can't they be given the same chance?
P.S. This is in no way a shot at thorva only my slightly intoximicated opinion at 1am on a Monday. I respect all racers and their habits.

No apology necessary. I didn't perceive your post in a negative way whatsoever. You brought up a valid suggestion, so I just wanted to walk through my thought process on it. Okay,Thanks to @JamCar0ne 's insight and suggestion I downloaded an open source program called Inkscape(https://inkscape.org/en/) it does vector graphics.You can take almostany image and make an .svg, I created a folder in D2 public folder on Google Drive and named it SNAIL logos for GTSport. It now contains the logos in .svg format(including the old SNAIL logo) and the GTPlanet logos in black on white and white on black.
