I can find them using that naming convention. The requested, and correct, naming convention is YYYYMMDD. That's a two digit month and day so 0107 as opposed to 17.
This is now directed at everyone and nobody in particular. The reason to have a standard naming convention is to insure that the replays are accessible to all of the stewards and even the rest of the membership. This allows the stewards to do their job efficiently which allows prize winners to be cleared more quickly in the event of IRs being filed against them. Replays tagged correctly also allow drivers to view other replays and learn from them or just watch for entertainment value.
For those that were around for GT5 and GT6, this system is much easier than what we had. Imagine you're a replay uploader and you have to export the replay to the xmb, copy to a flash drive, transfer flash driver to a computer, upload replays to google drive, then rename in google drive. This process was very time consuming and the stewards still had to download 6 replays from google drive to get to one race. This new process takes out most of those steps and only requires the uploader to fill out one additional box correctly so that the replays can be searched easily.
I don't think I was clear in reply to these two messages. I am able to find the replays using the naming convention that you used. Please re-share or re-tag as soon as possible with the correct naming convention. Your duties are considered fulfilled as far as prize eligibility for your division goes. As a note to everyone, I may not always be able to hunt down the replays on Monday before the deadline to submit. If a day comes up that I don't have time to hunt them down and go looking for them after the deadline and can't find them, there is a very good chance that improper naming could leave your division ineligible for prizes for that week.
