I pulled the trigger on a Fanatec setup this morning in place of G29 setup. CSL elite base, P1wheel, v3 inverted pedals, v1.5 shifter and hand brake (for rally). I had to tell somebody because nobody appreciates what it is in my house (surely not my wife).

Will try to use my Playseat that is about 8-9 years old. Does anybody know if I’m in for some trouble for mounting these pedals? I’ll continue to look around on youtube. Found one guy who still using the inclined plate for ‘normal’ style pedals. It was NOT ideal by any stretch. You can see this inclined plate in my current set up. At minimum, I’ll have to remove it.

I didn't have problems hard mounting the elite base but much like @nmcp1 I did experiment with the pedal angle. I finally settled at about 20 degrees due to my seat height and physical height. I fabricated an adjustable plate to mount them to my rig to make any future adjustment easier ( I had to flip my rig over). I ordered the handbrake and the new f1 wheel yesterday. Can't wait for the reviews of the Direct Drive wheels to start. Is there any info on compatibility for the DD wheels yet?
